Oct 15, 2024 · bernadette wilsonDO NOT USE GINA REITANO… AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS !!! She was a court appointed guardian for a family member that was mentally ill. She exhausted over 300k of his family’s estate within a year. Then proceeded to do a reverse mortgage on his home and eventually stuck him in a nursing home where he ultimately passed from COVID. If any family member advocated on his behalf, she would become very irate, rude, vindictive and threatening. She lied to the judge and went as far as getting a court order to keep concerned family members from taking him on outings from the nursing home facility. It’s very sad that Gina Reitano was supposed to protect the interest of her mentally ill client. Instead, she misappropriated all his funds. In essence she pocketed all his money and justified doing so by providing false receipts to the courts. She exhausted every penny that he had in order to maintain his home, forcing him to obtain a reverse mortgage and ultimately sticking him in a nursing home. Gina Reitano has no remorse whatsoever. She kept concerned family members from taking him out of the nursing home facility in order to enjoy a lunch out or a stroll in the park. He spent all his days there as a prisoner, confined to his room. Ultimately, he died from contracting COVID at the nursing facility. Making matters worse, she never notified family members that he got COVID and taken to the hospital. He was at hospital for 3 days prior to dying. Notifications to family were only made after he passed ! Karma will always find its way, Gina Reitano.
