He was very transparent when letting me know what the consequences of my actions could be, all while never pressuring me to take the easy route out, so as to simplify his time to settle the issue. He stuck by me to the end. Highly deserving 6 stars, though only 5 are the most I could give him.

He almost had me in tears. I have never encountered anything like that before. THEY GET FOUR THUMBS DOWN!!!
