I wish they had a better way to let potential clients know if they can take a case or not. Time was of the essence for me and if they were too busy or it simply was not feasible for them to meet the timeline, that could have been said without charging a consultant fee. I was clear on needing to respond by a certain time that would have been an easy response upfront rather then having me pay a consultation fee thus it was not worth it. I called around and quickly go answers without paying a fee. I saw the other reviews about the fee and I thought I would do it anyway. Go with your gut and call others first.

Based on the available online reviews from real customers, experiences with Granowitz White & Weber Attorneys at Law present a somewhat mixed perspective, particularly regarding their initial consultation process. One reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the firm's approach to determining case viability. This potential client felt that the firm could have been more upfront about their capacity to take on the case within a specific timeframe, rather than charging a consultation fee only to potentially decline representation due to time constraints or workload. The reviewer indicated a preference for a preliminary assessment without a fee, which they found readily available from other law firms. Despite noting other reviews about the consultation fee, this individual proceeded but ultimately felt it was not a worthwhile expense given the outcome. This feedback suggests that potential clients with urgent timelines may want to inquire about the firm's availability and case suitability upfront to avoid incurring a consultation fee unnecessarily.

In contrast, another client shared a highly positive experience working specifically with Mr. Weber. This individual had a dispute with a contractor who placed a lien on their property, a situation that required skilled negotiation and legal expertise. According to the review, Mr. Weber successfully helped negotiate a deal that resulted in the removal of the lien. This outcome highlights Mr. Weber's proficiency in handling real estate-related disputes, such as contractor liens, and his ability to achieve favorable resolutions for his clients through negotiation.

This satisfied client also praised the overall professionalism and responsiveness of the firm from the initial contact. They specifically mentioned Skyler, Mr. Weber’s legal secretary, as being very accommodating and accessible. This positive feedback regarding the support staff suggests an organized and client-friendly office environment where communication is prioritized. Accessibility to the legal team and efficient administrative support can significantly enhance a client's experience during legal proceedings.

Furthermore, this reviewer noted a commendable aspect of the firm's ethos, stating that the team prioritizes the client and justice over profit. They cited instances where Mr. Weber guided them toward the most economical way forward to achieve their desired results. This indicates a commitment to ethical billing practices and a focus on providing value to the client, rather than solely maximizing fees. Additionally, the reviewer, who described themselves as someone who can ramble, appreciated Mr. Weber's ability to facilitate clear and timely communication of the essential facts during consultations. This suggests strong interpersonal and communication skills on the part of Mr. Weber, ensuring that client meetings are productive and focused.

This positive review concludes with a high recommendation for Granowitz White & Weber Attorneys at Law to anyone in need of legal services, expressing immense gratitude for their assistance in resolving their legal matters and specifically thanking Mr. Weber for his exceptional service. This strong endorsement underscores the positive impact the firm, and Mr. Weber in particular, can have on their clients.

I recently had the privilege of working with Mr. Weber and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. His expertise is truly commendable. I had a dispute with a contractor who put a lien on my property and Mr. Weber was able to help me negotiate a deal and get the lien removed. From the moment I first reached out, I was impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. Skyler, Mr. Weber’s legal secretary, was very accommodating and accessible. It is also obvious that the team here puts the client and justice before profit and money. Many times Mr. Weber helped me understand the most economical way forward to get the results I wanted. Also, I am the type of person who can ramble and during our consultations, he was able to help me get the facts out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this law office to anyone in need of legal services. I am incredibly grateful for their assistance in resolving my legal matters. Thank you, Mr. Weber for your exceptional service.

I retained Mr. White to represent myself and my company in a wrongful termination suit from a former employee. I have worked with many lawyers and I have to say, I think Mr. White is my favorite. He is very knowlegable. He and his legal assistant are very communicative, updated me on the case every step of the way. Thank you for helping me with my case! I hope I will not have to use him again but if I have an employment issue in California, I will be sure to call this law firm again.

I had a consultation appointment with Mr. Webber for a breach of contract case. He spent well over an hour reviewing and giving me a though legal analysis. I will definitely recommend spending the nominal fee for a great service!

I called and asked what they would charge to file a notice of default on a property. They could not tell me prior to paying a $200 consultation fee. I sent documents and specific questions prior to the consultation. The attorney did not know the answers to my questions and apparently did not review my documents because he didn't know what was in them. After 20 minutes of rambling about things I didn't care about, he told me he is more of a litigation attorney and not really what I need, but he will let me retain him to write a letter on my behalf at a whooping cost of $1,750! He should have looked at my questions and documents prior to the call and told me right away that he's not the right guy for me - and not charge a consultation fee for not knowing the answers to my questions. It would have only taken him 5 minutes tops.
