Recently did a sale with this firm and they represented my buyer. They delayed my sale 3 times with unreasonable excuses. We were supposed to close on a Wednesday but up until Tuesday, they never set up a time for closing, on Wednesday they said that lender needed more time which is confusing because the buyer's agent already told us that buyer got the clear from the bank to close over a week before the closing date. Closing was moved to Friday but a time was again never set and of course on Friday they told us lender needed a full 3 day to finalize, didn't the lender know they needed 3 days on Wednesday? Closing was again delayed until Monday. The closing finally happened on Monday but we did not receive the funds until Wednesday. My lawyer kept calling and they either ignored her calls or came up with unclear excuses. We had to threaten them with fees for them to finally pay up on Wednesday, which is a week later than the original closing date. I ended up having to pay hundreds more on interest because of their unprofessionalism and of course they did not cover any of those fees. I would NOT recommend this firm to anyone knowing how unprofessional they are.
