I asked around to folks in my trusted circle who were familiar with legal pursuits, and they led me directly to Mitch Grissim & Associates, who were highly recommended and who were very helpful from day one. I was first introduced to Brenda Cagle who asked me initial intake questions and did her best to make sure that I knew that I was not alone in this situation and that they would do right by my family and I to ensure we got through to the end. Jesse Waterman reached out thereafter once he got wind of the details of my case and reiterated that they would be there to the end to see that we got a fair settlement. Jesse worked with me to look up the details of the accident and go over the initial process and what it would look like over the coming next months, in that first phone call. He and Brenda made sure that I did not get overwhelmed with everything going on in the first few weeks that they were working with me and getting together as much information to put us on the right foot in pursuing that settlement.
