Hammond Law Group did our complete trust agreement/plan about 10 years ago. I have attended some refresher presentations over the years since then. They have been excellent and have kept me informed about law changes and what I still need to accomplish to keep by documents updated as needed. I highly recommend Hammond Law group to provide the expertise and guidance that I need. Thanks.

Hammond Law Group PC - Estate Planning Attorneys Introduce

For residents of Colorado Springs and surrounding areas seeking comprehensive estate planning services, Hammond Law Group PC - Estate Planning Attorneys offers specialized legal expertise. Located at 2955 Professional Pl #300, Colorado Springs, CO 80904, USA, the firm focuses on helping individuals and families establish robust plans for their assets and future. They can be reached at (719) 270-3219 or via mobile at +1 719-270-3219, providing accessible contact for prospective and existing clients.

Operating within the "Lawyers Near Me" platform category, Hammond Law Group PC positions itself as a go-to resource for estate planning. Their core services revolve around the creation and maintenance of estate plans, which typically include complex instruments such as trusts, alongside wills, powers of attorney, and other related documents crucial for asset protection and succession planning. The firm's commitment to keeping clients informed about legal changes affecting their plans indicates a proactive and long-term approach to client relationships.

The environment at Hammond Law Group PC, as gathered from client experiences, appears to be focused on education and ongoing support, though with varying perceptions. While a detailed description of the physical office space is not available, the firm extends its services beyond initial document drafting by offering "refresher presentations" to existing clients. This suggests an environment designed to provide continuous learning and updates, ensuring clients remain knowledgeable about their estate plans and any relevant legal developments. The firm aims to foster a sense of security and preparedness regarding future legal needs.

A key feature of Hammond Law Group PC is their emphasis on trusts as a primary tool for estate planning. One client noted that they were informed, "if you have property you have to have a trust," indicating a strong advocacy for this particular estate planning vehicle. While this approach might be perceived differently by various individuals, it highlights the firm's specific strategy and belief in the efficacy of trusts for property owners. They aim to provide expertise and guidance needed to navigate complex estate planning requirements, with a focus on ensuring documents are updated as needed to comply with evolving laws.

Another notable feature is the provision of educational seminars, often free of charge, which serve as an entry point for potential clients to learn about estate planning. These seminars are intended to inform the public about the importance of having an estate plan and the various tools available. However, based on one review, the effectiveness of these seminars can vary. While one client highly recommended the firm for its expertise and guidance, another expressed dissatisfaction with a seminar, feeling it was more of a "guilt trip" and a "forced sales pitch" rather than an objective discussion of pros and cons of different estate planning instruments like wills versus trusts. This feedback suggests that while the intention is to educate, the delivery might be perceived as overtly promotional by some attendees, leading to different client experiences.

The firm's long-term client relationships are also a significant feature. One client stated that Hammond Law Group PC did their "complete trust agreement/plan about 10 years ago" and has continued to attend their "refresher presentations over the years since then." This indicates a commitment to ongoing client support and a practice that fosters enduring relationships, ensuring clients' estate plans remain relevant and effective over time. This continuous engagement helps clients stay abreast of legal changes and take necessary actions to update their documents, providing a sense of security and continuity.

From a promotional standpoint, Hammond Law Group PC utilizes free seminars as a primary tool to attract new clients and educate the public about estate planning. This allows them to reach a broad audience and present their services directly. The positive testimonials, such as the one from a satisfied client who has benefited from their expertise for a decade, also serve as powerful word-of-mouth promotion, highlighting their ability to provide consistent and reliable guidance. However, the critical feedback on their seminar approach suggests that the firm might need to refine its initial outreach to ensure it aligns with all potential clients' expectations of an objective educational experience rather than a direct sales pitch.

For local users searching on "Lawyers Near Me" for estate planning services, Hammond Law Group PC presents itself as a firm with considerable experience and a clear focus on trusts. Their commitment to long-term client relationships and providing updates on legal changes can be a strong draw for those seeking enduring legal partnerships. The firm's address at 2955 Professional Pl #300, Colorado Springs, CO 80904, USA, and readily available contact numbers make them accessible to the community. Potential clients might consider attending their free seminars to gauge if the firm's approach aligns with their personal learning style and preferences for legal consultation.

In summary, Hammond Law Group PC - Estate Planning Attorneys in Colorado Springs specializes in comprehensive estate planning, particularly through the use of trusts. Located at 2955 Professional Pl #300, the firm offers expertise and guidance, aiming to keep clients informed about relevant legal changes. While they are lauded for their long-term client support and commitment to updating documents, the perception of their educational seminars can vary, with some appreciating the information and others finding them overly sales-oriented. For individuals in Colorado Springs seeking an estate planning attorney, particularly one with a strong focus on trusts and ongoing client education, Hammond Law Group PC offers a dedicated option, encouraging prospective clients to engage with their educational offerings to determine if their approach aligns with their specific needs and preferences for legal services.

Went to the free seminar on estate planning. I was looking to learn more about the pros and cons of wills versus trusts plus information about medical power of attorney, etc. Instead was told if you have property you have to have a trust. No teaching was provided just a guilt trip to have an estate plan and a trust is the only way. We may end up with a trust however the pros and cons would be good to know. We forfeited our 1 hour consultation as we were turned off by the presentation, the cost and the forced sales pitch.

I met with Misty this afternoon about my mother’s estate probate. She has been nothing but helpful and encouraging. This is my first time walking through the probate process and I feel well informed and supported. Thanks!!

We first heard the ad on KRDO. We don’t have a complex estate situation, but we do have concerns for family members with challenges and wanted to ensure they were cared for. We have been very pleased with the care and treatment we have received and look forward to continued support as we preserve our financial and family legacy. Thank you HLG!
