We appreciated Sean's depth of knowledge and patient explanations, as he walked us through how he would update our trust from an overly complex structure to be clean, streamlined, and modern. Sean explained the legal details of our previous structure and why current law made that unnecessary. He clearly presented the various parts of our new trust, and described tweaks we could make when the tax laws inevitably change. Sean analyzed the atypical situations that we have and provided appropriate legal structures. He encouraged us to get back to retitling our assets into the trust, a project that has always been "one of those days" for us.
