I live in a condominium Community Access Unlimited ("CAU") manages. In 2019, we had a fire that destroyed 2/3 of the property. It would have saved us a world of trouble if Poltrock helped us realize this sooner since he was the attorney involved at the time the contractor was hired and at the time they requested the increase from our insurance. Instead he simply backed away, probably to protect himself, leaving completely innocent unit owners on their own to dispute this demand by the contractor.
