Boy that was such a wrong and naïve decision. Navigating personal injury claims is like going through an uncharted jungle -- there were so many laws and regulations that we were unaware of. Unless you specialize in law, it's a very difficult process to go through. On top of that, communicating with the opposing insurance company was extremely challenging. Two months before our claim expires, we just received a notice from the insurance company (as required by law) that we only have 2 months left to settle the claim. We immediately came to Harris Personal Injury Lawyers group after a referral, and this made a night-and-day difference! The team is very attentive, professional, and truly cares about us (their clients). They listened to our needs and frustrations, and they worked with us patiently to help us get our proper compensation (in fact, they got the maximum amount of compensation available for us). They also explained all of their processes to us and constantly kept us in the loop on what's going on. I feel so much at ease working with them, knowing they will take care of all of the complicated legal issues. Once the settlement was finalized, it was far from over. We didn't realize our insurance company had erroneously placed all the medical charges against us, saying we have to pay them back now that the settlement was over.
