This is good law firms I give them that they represent me in the past and was happy with the service they provided to me,but their customer representatives when you call to get information about a case is trash these people are disrespectful asf I’m not sure why they have them answering calls and speak on behalf of the firm🤷🏽I spoke to 2 of their representatives male and female and them 2 should not be near a phone at least one should be a janitor the other somewhere in the back room organizing documents or cleaning the break room but definitely away from public🤦🏽but this is America we mostly don’t put people where they belong cause we do have a shortage of competent candidates so as long someone fill out an application they basically hired

I was very impressed with Held & Hines when I realized that they invested their own funds to reach contract workers that had been unfairly taken advantage of. Without a guarantee that their investment would pay off, I, along with a number of others in the same predicament, were taken on as clients to join a class action suit. In just over a year, their tenacity and forbearance reaped a harvest I did not think possible. Thank you, Mr. Phillip Hines, for a job, well done. You have not only won a very important lawsuit , you have won yourself a client for life. Some time has elapsed since my initial 5 star review. I returned here today to amplify what I'd said before and point to a specific attorney who was extraordinary in that he provided the sort of personal service clients who are part of a class action suit ought not to expect. David Perez is the attorney's name. Mr Perez always responded to my electronic communications. Mr Perez always took my phone calls. Finally, Attorney Perez exhibited the sort of follow-through and initiative that would make any client believe that their concerns are appreciated and in the hands of a more than capable attorney. This law firm did an incredible job securing settlement checks for both Uber and Lyft drivers this past year. They consistently emailed and kept drivers informed on the the progress of the settlement and let us know when we could expect to receive the checks. All we basically had to do was provide a signature and mailing address. Attorneys often get a bad rap but I respect the work they do as well as their amazing support staff. Thank you Held & Hines. Got my check yesterday.

They had me sign Uber settlement offer in 2021 and it’s 2022 I never received the check whenever I try to reach them they said they will have to look into it and I kept receiving same replies all the time and now I received a new reply saying they mailed the check and someone cashed it already. Finally I left a 1 star review and a guy named Philip Hines reached out to me and got my job done I finally received the check after a year. I really appreciate him.

I wanted to say first of I've been a client at Held&Hines since 2010. The Staff Mr. Held,Mr,Seqo,Mr Angelo and Ms. Blas are beautiful people inside and out. I now and forever will look at them as extended family. The warmth and patience and ambition they gave to myself and my case I'm very grateful for.
