For individuals in Willingboro, New Jersey, and the surrounding communities seeking legal representation and exploring options within the 'Lawyers Near Me' category, Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A., situated at 600 Beverly Rancocas Rd, Willingboro, NJ 08046, USA, presents a complex and contrasting picture based on the available client reviews. It is essential for prospective clients to carefully consider these differing experiences when making decisions about legal counsel.
One client review offers a highly positive account of their interaction with an attorney named Bruce at Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. This out-of-state individual, who was involved in a car accident in New Jersey, praised Bruce for his exceptional service. According to the review, Bruce answered all questions in great detail and demonstrated remarkable patience throughout the process. He effectively explained the relevant laws and technicalities, which was particularly helpful given the client's unfamiliarity with New Jersey's legal framework. The client explicitly recommended using Bruce for assistance with insurance and medical issues arising from car accidents, highlighting his ability to ease their concerns and help them navigate a challenging situation. This positive experience resulted in a perfect 10/10 rating from this client.
In stark contrast, another review details a significantly negative experience with Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. This reviewer, identifying as a disabled veteran with a limited income, claims that the firm initially promised assistance but then demanded a $500 per month payment for what they perceived as very little help. The reviewer strongly advises others, including their "worse enemy," against working with this firm. They state that when they informed the firm of their inability to afford the monthly payments, they were subsequently sued. This client felt that the firm preyed on their trust, particularly after a seemingly sympathetic narrative about working with the military. The reviewer expresses disappointment at the firm's alleged inflexibility regarding payment plans, their decision to proceed directly to court, and the overall feeling of being treated as insignificant despite initial promises. This negative experience led the client to believe that better, more caring legal representation could be found elsewhere.
Given these diametrically opposed experiences, it is challenging to form a definitive assessment of the typical client experience at Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. The positive review highlights the helpfulness and expertise of at least one attorney within the firm in handling car accident-related issues for an out-of-state client. Conversely, the negative review paints a concerning picture of potentially predatory financial practices and a lack of empathy towards a disabled veteran with limited financial resources.
The environment of Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A., as perceived through these two reviews, is ambiguous. One suggests a supportive and informative setting where clients feel at ease, while the other implies a potentially rigid and unsympathetic approach, particularly concerning payment arrangements. It is difficult to draw a conclusive understanding of the firm's overall client service ethos based solely on these conflicting accounts.
The services offered by Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A., as indicated by the reviews, appear to include assistance with car accident claims, specifically dealing with insurance and medical issues. The negative review does not specify the exact nature of the legal help sought, but the mention of a $500 monthly fee suggests an ongoing service rather than a one-time transaction. It is unclear from this limited information the full scope of legal services provided by the firm.
In terms of features, the positive review emphasizes the detailed explanations, patience, and helpfulness of the attorney, Bruce, particularly in navigating the complexities of out-of-state car accidents. The negative review, however, highlights what the client perceived as broken promises, unreasonable payment demands, and a lack of willingness to work with a client's financial limitations. A potentially concerning feature raised is the alleged aggressive pursuit of legal action over payment disputes, even with clients claiming financial hardship.
Promotional information derived from these reviews is contradictory. The positive review serves as a strong endorsement for the attorney Bruce and his handling of car accident cases. However, the negative review acts as a significant warning against engaging the firm's services, particularly for individuals with limited income or those relying on promises of empathetic service. The stark contrast negates any clear promotional message and necessitates careful consideration by potential clients.
For local users in Willingboro and the surrounding areas considering Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A., it is crucial to approach with caution and a thorough understanding of these differing perspectives. The positive experience with Bruce in a car accident case is encouraging for those with similar legal needs. However, the negative account regarding financial arrangements and perceived lack of empathy is a serious concern, particularly for vulnerable individuals or those with budget constraints. Prospective clients should inquire in detail about fee structures, payment options, and the firm's approach to client communication and financial considerations during an initial consultation. Seeking additional reviews from various sources may also provide a broader understanding of the firm's overall reputation and client satisfaction levels.
The phone numbers provided for Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. are (856) 428-5700 and +1 856-428-5700. Interested individuals can use these numbers to contact the firm for inquiries or to schedule a consultation. However, given the significant disparity in client experiences, it is advisable to engage in a detailed discussion about the specifics of their case, the anticipated fees, and available payment options before committing to their services. It may also be prudent to explore alternative legal representation options in the area to ensure a well-informed decision.
In conclusion, Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. in Willingboro, NJ, presents a complex picture for those in the 'Lawyers Near Me' category. While one client praises the service received from attorney Bruce in a car accident case, another recounts a deeply negative experience involving financial disputes and perceived lack of empathy. Contacting the firm at (856) 428-5700 or +1 856-428-5700 for further information and seeking additional client feedback from other sources are strongly recommended.

Nov 01, 2024 · Joshua SmutzerOne of the worse experiences I had. They promised me as a disabled veterans who’s limited income to help but wanted 500$ per month to pay them for very little help. I wouldn’t suggest my worse enemy to work with them. I told them I couldn’t afford 500$ monthly payments so now I’m being sued. I would stay far away if I was you. Literally any lawyer could do what they offered but I fell victim and believed them since I got a nice story how they love working with the military. Well I was wrong and learned the hard way. They wouldn’t even give me the option to make smaller payments! They just are taking me straight to court! Please be aware with them, they don’t care for the little guy and promise the world but you only get the minimum. This could have all been fixed if they would just taken a smaller payment plan but no they are greedy and prey on the little guy. Dont fall for it, you can definitely find a better lawyer that actually cares for their clients somewhere else. Good luck if you deal with them, they will just bring you to court and sue you.

Mar 20, 2024 · anne marie GriffithMy fiance and I used Helmer, Conley, & Kasselman services while purchasing our first home. Mr. Stringfellow guided us through the process and stuck with us for almost a year of trying to purchase a home in this market. He continued to be extremely responsive throughout the entire process, just as he was from day one! Mr. Stringfellow is extremely knowledgeable in his content and goes out of his way to ensure you understand what is being presented to you. Without him, we would have gotten into a home buying hole we would have never recovered from. I highly recommended him and this law firm to anyone looking for a lawyer who has your best interest in mind!
