For individuals in the Marietta area seeking legal assistance and browsing within the 'Lawyers Near Me' category, Hill & Associates, located at 1100 S Cobb Dr SE, Marietta, GA 30060, USA, represents a local firm. Situated in a commercial area, the office likely provides a standard professional environment for client consultations. However, the available customer reviews suggest that Hill & Associates may be involved not only in legal services but also in activities related to vehicle repossession, which is an important aspect to consider in the context of the 'Lawyers Near Me' platform, as it indicates a broader scope of operations beyond traditional legal counsel.
The firm's location on South Cobb Drive SE in Marietta offers accessibility for residents in the area. While specific details about the office's ambiance or facilities are not provided, potential clients seeking legal advice can generally expect a professional setting suitable for discussing their legal matters. However, the dual nature of the firm, seemingly involved in both legal services and repossession, is a key environmental factor to note.
The available customer reviews for Hill & Associates present a mixed picture, particularly concerning their involvement in vehicle repossession. One review recounts a highly unsettling experience where a tow truck driver associated with Hill & Associates backed down the client's driveway on Christmas Eve 2024 at 11 pm and looked into their garage door window, despite the client not having a car loan since 2009. While the client acknowledges that Hill & Associates apologized for this incident, they still felt the driver's actions were excessive and could have had a negative outcome. This review raises serious concerns about the firm's oversight of repossession activities and the potential impact on individuals, even those not directly involved in repossession proceedings with them.
In contrast, another review expresses general gratitude, simply stating "Thank you so Much Hill and Associates." This provides a positive, albeit brief, sentiment towards the firm, suggesting a satisfactory experience for at least one client, though the nature of the services provided in this instance is not specified.
A third review offers a more detailed positive experience, seemingly related to the repossession aspect of the firm's operations. This client describes the firm as "very professional and kind," noting that they were treated with respect and empathy during a situation where their car had to be towed. They commend the firm's patience when the client was late and their understanding. While the client hopes to avoid a similar situation in the future, they found working with Hill & Associates to retrieve their car a "magnificent pleasure." This review suggests that, at least in some instances, the firm handles the repossession process with professionalism and consideration for the individuals involved.
The conflicting nature of these reviews is crucial for local users searching within the 'Lawyers Near Me' category. The firm's involvement in repossession services, alongside potential legal services, is a significant feature. The negative review regarding the intrusive behavior of a tow truck driver raises serious concerns about the firm's operational practices and the potential for negative interactions, even with individuals who may not be their direct clients in a legal sense. On the other hand, the positive review related to retrieving a towed car suggests that they can also handle repossession in a professional and understanding manner.
Given this mixed feedback, it is essential for potential clients to carefully consider the nature of their needs. If seeking traditional legal services, they should inquire about the firm's expertise in their specific area of concern and seek assurances about their professional conduct. If their interaction might involve the repossession aspect of the firm's operations, they should be aware of both the potential for negative experiences, as highlighted in one review, and the possibility of a more positive and understanding approach, as described in another.
The phone number for Hill & Associates is (770) 499-1801 or +1 770-499-1801. Interested individuals can use this number to contact the firm for more information about their legal services or to inquire about their procedures related to vehicle repossession. When calling, it would be prudent to ask specific questions based on the concerns and positive feedback found in the reviews to gain a clearer understanding of how the firm operates in different contexts.
In terms of promotional information, the positive review regarding the professional and kind handling of a car retrieval situation could be seen as a positive aspect of their repossession services. However, this is significantly tempered by the negative review detailing the intrusive and concerning behavior of a tow truck driver associated with the firm. Therefore, any promotional consideration must acknowledge this stark contrast in reported experiences.
In conclusion, Hill & Associates, located in Marietta and appearing within the 'Lawyers Near Me' category, presents a complex picture based on the available customer reviews. While the firm may offer legal services, the reviews also indicate their involvement in vehicle repossession. Experiences with their repossession services seem to vary significantly, with one client reporting intrusive and concerning behavior and another describing a professional and understanding interaction. Potential clients, whether seeking legal counsel or dealing with potential repossession of their vehicle, should carefully consider these contrasting accounts and conduct thorough inquiries to determine if Hill & Associates can meet their specific needs and expectations while adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Get directionsI haven't had a car note since 2009 but Hill & Associates Repo tow truck driver backs down my driveway on Christmas eve 2024 at 11pm and looks in my garage door window. Even tho Hill & Associates apologized, I still think the driver went too far in doing his job. It could've had a different outcome.
Dec 29, 2024 · Eric FranklinThank you so Much Hill and Associates This place was very professional and kind! They gave me respect and empathy while I was ashamed that my car had to be toed. They were incredibly patient while I was not able to make it on time and very understanding! While I hope I don’t have to do this again it was a magnificent pleasure to work with them to get my car back.
Oct 08, 2024 · Taisha OrtizNOLAN WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ! His attitude is unprofessional. He’s definitely not someone for the job .
May 02, 2025 · Nesha WilliamsThe overall situation on how I ended up dealing with this company was bad but Pearson and the staff were very professional and helpful with helping me get my belongings out my car and very pleasant to deal with. I was expecting a different outcome giving some of the reviews but if you know your situation don’t take it out on them. They did their job well and hopefully I never have to go through a repossession again but they were very helpful throughout the process.
Jun 19, 2024 · Ashley BryantIf I could give 0 stars, I would. Nolan had the nastiest attitude, I couldn’t believe how condescending he was to me over the phone when I placed a call to their establishment today on 5/23. I understand that everyone has a job to do, and that no one owes me anything at all, especially after having my car repossessed. But the way business was conducted today deeply concerns me. My vehicle was repossessed from me on 4/18. I will start by saying I’m not asking for sympathy in the least bit. I know what happens when you can’t make your car note, so the repo wasn’t anything that I was contesting at all. I fell on hard times, the past year has been a bad one for my finances, and honestly I was most concerned with recovering the items from the vehicle that my mother left to me before she passed Dec 24, 2023. Again, I fully understand that I’m not owed kindness, but I’ve never been talked down to the way that Nolan did today. He repeatedly yelled over me, used profanity and then accused *me* of name calling when I asked if he could stop being so rude over the phone, as I was not being disrespectful towards him or the business that employs him. Nolan then began to antagonize me for calling repeatedly & changing my pickup date (I explained that giving them the run around isn’t my intention, I just no longer have a vehicle to get around in so finding rides outside of work & getting my son to school has become difficult). When I said “wow” to him downright threatening to throw my things away if I didn’t come today, (which goes against the GA repossession laws— any establishment in possession of personal property recovered from a repossessed vehicle must hold the items for a period of 45 days before disposal), he then said, verbatim, “don’t wow me ma’am, I’m trying to do you a favor. I don’t give a damn about any of your things.” I called on the 12th, 15th, 18th, 21st, 22nd & finally today the 23rd to keep the line of communication open, since I knew the 45 day period was coming to an end soon. Nolan told me verbatim *today* that he cannot “hold anything indefinitely” & mocked me over the phone after becoming upset (to the point of tears) at the threat of my things being thrown away, especially after I explained that I was doing my best to secure a ride 50 mins away from my residence after no longer having a vehicle. Again, I fully understand I’m not owed compassion, but for another human to take a moment to send themselves on a power trip & punch down just because they ‘can’ is deplorable. When I arrived to the location to retrieve my things, I was then ordered to pay $50 cash to recover my belongings, which again doesn’t sound the least bit legal. I did not contest because I didn’t want to cause any problems on property, but I will be reaching out to any corporate contact I can find, as well as the local news & BBB. I will also be seeking legal advice on how to move forward, as I stated before I’m certain that these businesses practices aren’t legal. I really hope that Hill & Associates one day decides to be a bit more ethical in their practices and dealings. Karma never ever forgets or gets lazy.
