May 08, 2018 · Laura HoweyDonna was probably the 5th attorney that I am so thankful to have had represent me after I had paid over $23,000 for council allowing me to settle for a 4 year alimony payment of $3,500 a month with out going to court, to my ex husband who was well bodied and able to work, lived a lifestyle beyond our means , we had no assets,No savings, lost our house , I had No credit or the means to pay for an attorney to represent me for modification, as well as several would not even take my case ,Donna did she was very honest, she made you work hard , but she knows the law & prepared me for 2 hours before a judge where after 2 years of paying a 4 year sentence I could in no way ever afford .The judge ruled in favor and the remaining 2 years of payment were ended..I only wish I had Donna as my attorney when I started my divorce. I’m so Thankful for her amazing knowledge and representation

So to cut losses, my friend moved to another attorney. Beware. This attorney was "very nice" until she you have paid your retainer. Then you start draining money. My friend went into a nervous breakdown because there was no sympathy and compassion (only at the beginning she did listen) If you are looking , keep looking. Dont waste your time and money here. You will be robbed. And this attorney considered herself "ethical ".

She took that poor military man for such a financial ride... to the tune of close to $13000, to settle a divorce that was amicable and agreed upon from the get go. The only reason I ended up finding my own representation was because she began threatening me and black mailing me with my children. The above review mentioned her lack of ability to keep "facts" straight... my case was exactly the same. She filed documents against me riddled with lies that I can prove through email correspondence with her that she knew were lies, just to further complicate the case and force us to go to trial so she could further line her wallet. It was truly disgraceful. She wears a cross and I'm assuming calls her self a Christian. But she is a liar and a thief. On the flip side, she's pretty entertaining to watch at work. Reminded me a lot of an episode of the Three Stooges. At the end of the day, we had gone full circle, with every detail of the separation my husband and I agreed on from the beginning as our divorce decree. It's just a damn shame she robbed that poor man overseas of so much money. My attorney cost me $1300. Donna cost him $13000. Disgusting. She also was in the process of dropping him as a client so she could steal every last penny from it because he was not accepting her unprofessionalism any longer. My family and I are in the process of healing and learning how to become the best coparents to our girls, despite her best efforts to destroy any remnant of friendship we had with each other.
