COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!! I WILL BE SUING FOR NEGLIGENCE !! DO NOT HIRE THEM TO HANDLE YOUR CASE!!!! SUSAN IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I should have done my research before hiring them But I didn’t, I was in a bad position and they answered. I had been working with Hutchison and Foreman for the past 6-8 months give or take regarding a wrongful termination lawsuit. For the first 6-7 months I was only in contact with the paralegal Julie who was really helpful and nice. The only time I would get an update regarding my case was when I reached out or asked about something which I honestly had no issues with. The day before my EEOC Mediation Susan was supposed to call me she didn’t, I had to call her. Then the day of my EEOC Mediation Susan calls me and tells me that she canceled my mediation because the other party said they wouldn’t pay out and apparently the EEOC told her to cancel the mediation without getting my okay to do so, which I ask just went along with it and said okay. We finally get the right to sue by EEOC and nobody contacted me, I once again contacted them on what the next steps would be given we only had 90days and asked that moving forward if we could have a better communication, given we only have 90 days to do this. The paralegal emailed me saying that they still have to wait for TWC who I don’t know about nor was told anything about but I said okay thank you. SUSAN ON THE OTHER HAND EMAILED ME SAYING THAT SHE DDINT REACH OUT BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT AND NOW WE JUST HAVE TO WAIT FOR EEOC and TWC FOR THE RIGHT TO SUE AND THEN SAID IF IM UNHAPPY WI TH THE AMOUNT OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN HER AND I SHE SUGGESTED I GET A BEW LAWYER TO HANDLE MY CASE. SHE SAYS IM ACCUSATORY OF HER BEING PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS ME AFTER I ASKED HER ONCE ONE TIME TO KEEP BETTER COMMUNICATION WITH ME MOVING FORWARD IN MY CASE AND HER RESPONSE WAS BASICALLY IF I DONT LIKE IT I CAN FIND A NEW LAWYER All I did was ask that moving forward they keep me more updated, I didn’t even know who TWC is because it wasn’t even told to me. After that I told her I felt that was a bit passive aggressive to suggest I get a new lawyer because I asked for them to keep me more updated. After that Julie stopped asking my emails and Susan told me to get a new lawyer, with only 62 days left to find a new lawyer. In the end she tried to convince me that if I took the post down, she’d help me fine in my own name. I’ve will be reported her to the bar association and I will be suing.

Hutchison & Foreman, PLLC Introduce

For individuals and businesses seeking legal representation in Fort Worth, Texas, Hutchison & Foreman, PLLC is a firm that may appear on the "Lawyers Near Me" platform. Located centrally at 500 E 4th St #100, Fort Worth, TX 76102, USA, the firm's address places it within a professional urban setting, suggesting accessibility for clients within the city's business district. When considering a legal firm through a platform like "Lawyers Near Me," potential clients often look for a combination of convenience, professionalism, and a clear understanding of the services offered, along with insights into client experiences.

The environment of a law office, while not explicitly detailed in the provided information, can typically be inferred from its location. A suite in a building at 500 E 4th St, especially in a city like Fort Worth, would likely feature a standard professional office setup. This usually entails a reception area, meeting rooms conducive to confidential discussions, and individual offices for attorneys and staff. The general expectation would be a tidy, business-like atmosphere designed to facilitate serious legal consultations and work, consistent with the professionalism required in the legal field.

Based on the provided customer reviews, the primary service area for Hutchison & Foreman, PLLC appears to be employment law, specifically wrongful termination lawsuits and related processes like EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) mediation. One detailed review explicitly states, "I had been working with Hutchison and Foreman for the past 6-8 months give or take regarding a wrongful termination lawsuit." This indicates their involvement in representing employees who believe they have been unlawfully dismissed from their jobs. The mention of EEOC mediation further confirms their engagement in the administrative processes often required before a lawsuit can be filed in employment discrimination cases.

The firm also seems to handle the subsequent steps, such as obtaining a "right to sue" letter from the EEOC, which is a prerequisite for pursuing legal action in federal court for many employment discrimination claims. While not explicitly stated, successful representation in such cases would typically involve gathering evidence, negotiating with opposing counsel, and potentially litigation if a settlement cannot be reached. The reviews highlight interactions with both attorney Susan Hutchison and paralegal Julie Jones, indicating a team-based approach to case management.

Features of Hutchison & Foreman, PLLC, as gleaned from the provided reviews, present a mixed picture. On the positive side, one client describes attorney Susan Hutchison as "compassionate and understanding," "very determine to fight for me," and a "beautiful person, inside and out." This review strongly recommends her for "issues with your rights of an employer," suggesting a dedication to advocating for employee rights. Paralegal Julie Jones is also praised as "an awesome help for persistent getting things done," indicating an efficient and supportive administrative role that is crucial for client experience.

However, another review details significant concerns regarding communication and case handling. This client describes a "COMPLETE NIGHTMARE" and plans to sue for "negligence." Key issues highlighted include:

  • Communication Lapses: The client frequently had to initiate contact for updates, and there was a failure to communicate crucial information, such as the cancellation of an EEOC mediation without client consent or prior notification about the role of the TWC (Texas Workforce Commission).

  • Lack of Transparency: The client was unaware of the TWC's involvement, suggesting a lack of comprehensive explanation regarding the legal process.

  • Attorney Responsiveness: Attorney Susan is described as being unresponsive, even allegedly suggesting the client find a new lawyer when asked for better communication, particularly with only 62 days remaining to secure new representation for a "right to sue" timeframe.

  • Professional Conduct Concerns: The client perceived Susan's response as "passive aggressive" and reported plans to contact the bar association for potential negligence.

These contrasting accounts highlight that while some clients may find the firm's team compassionate and effective, others might experience significant dissatisfaction, particularly concerning communication and case management protocols. The firm's phone number, (817) 336-5533, and mobile phone, +1 817-336-5533, are readily available, which is a positive for accessibility.

For promotional information on a "Lawyers Near Me" platform, Hutchison & Foreman, PLLC could emphasize their focus on employment law, particularly wrongful termination, and their experience with administrative processes like EEOC mediation. They could highlight the positive feedback regarding Susan Hutchison's determined advocacy and Julie Jones's helpfulness and efficiency. Potential promotional points might include:

  • Dedicated Employment Law Advocates: "Specializing in wrongful termination and employee rights, we fight for justice on your behalf."

  • Experienced Team: "Benefit from the passionate advocacy of Susan Hutchison and the diligent support of paralegal Julie Jones."

  • Guidance Through Complex Processes: "Navigating EEOC mediation and 'right to sue' procedures with experienced counsel."

  • Central Fort Worth Location: "Conveniently located for accessible legal assistance in the heart of the city."

However, it is crucial for any "Lawyers Near Me" platform to provide a balanced overview, and the negative feedback would also be a significant consideration for prospective clients. Transparency regarding communication expectations and case progress would be vital for setting realistic client expectations. The firm's use of a PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) structure implies a professional legal entity, but the contrasting client experiences underscore the importance of individual client interactions.

In summary, Hutchison & Foreman, PLLC, situated at 500 E 4th St #100, Fort Worth, TX 76102, USA, offers legal services primarily in employment law, including wrongful termination cases and EEOC mediation. The firm has received both strong positive and negative feedback regarding its client communication and case management. While some clients commend attorney Susan Hutchison's compassionate advocacy and paralegal Julie Jones's effectiveness, others have expressed severe dissatisfaction, leading to accusations of negligence and reporting to the bar association. For individuals searching on "Lawyers Near Me" for employment law assistance, it is important to consider these varied client experiences and potentially inquire specifically about communication protocols and case transparency when engaging with the firm. The phone numbers (817) 336-5533 and +1 817-336-5533 remain available for direct contact.

During what was undoubtedly one of the most challenging times of my life, Susan Hutchison and her team proved to fight for my rights. They navigated through my case with sensitivity and grace. Her entire team was thorough in their approach, making sure I understood all my options. I was extremely stressed and had a lot of anxiety. Their genuine care and empathy made a significant difference in my experience. Susan, Martha, Rafe and Julie’s professionalism and timely communication helped alleviate my stress in this emotional process. My experience with Hutchison and Foreman was nothing short of amazing! Their team is truly dedicated to providing excellent service, making me feel confident that my case was in the best possible hands.

The only one regret I do have is not finding this law firm sooner. They have been my lawyer for around 8 months now & so far so good! They are easily reachable, and the communication has been nothing less than awesome. I have high hopes that the outcome of my case will be great. Julie treats me better than some of my family members LOL.. Took me a while to find a lawyer for my case but I know I have made the right decision. I guess good things really do come to those that wait.

My husband and I reached out and retained Susan Hutchinson for an employment case. This is one of the best decisions we have ever made. From day one, Susan and her associate Julie communicated with us on a consistent basis. Our calls were always answered or returned within a very short time-frame. Susan never made us feel as though we were being bothersome with our multitude of questions. Our case went on for 5 years, and the level of professionalism Susan and her team exhibited never waivered. If you are looking for an attorney who will give you a personal level of attention, even while balancing a heavy workload, and who will fight for you with everything she has, then Susan should be your choice. We would give 10 stars if that was an option.
