I was recommended to contact Mr. Mcginty as well to seek advice I had a second hearing within the next month, he took in my case kindly. He asks the right question with equal concern and has the best interest at heart for my child and for my well- being. I currently have a restraining order against the father on my son, which did concern me but all was handled well and with speed. He managed to write a detailed and comprehensive consent order that not only impressed the judge but managed to navigate around my existing final restraining order protecting me, while writing in everything I asked for as well as allows the father and our son to spend time together with a great schedule with ease.
