I was involved in an auto accident back in October. The first two months i can say Tremayne Tillman was very social and always kept me update on my case however I feel like once I completed my physical therapy I wasn’t in the loop on what’s happening with my case. I was informed very late that he didn’t receive my ambulance bill so I had to go out my way to receive that. Which I was okay with doing that, anything to make sure my case keeps moving forward. Email him again about any updates and he did not respond to me or call. I feel like I’m out of touch with my own case. I never thought this will take so long it’s June now and I’m a teacher been going back and forth to work since October! Without a car been using Uber so you can imagine how much money I’m kicking out. I’m never a type of person to complain but this whole thing is so long winded and slowly losing my patience with it. I just wish I was kept in the loop with my own case.

Jun 05, 2025 · akirrah mallory**** ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER**** I have a workers compensation case that Bruce Ingerman represented me in and the paralegal is Barry. I have been trying for five years to get treatment without any help. Barry advised me to use my personal insurance for treatments which I did until I ran out of coverage and money. I kept calling and emailing with basically no response until I went down to their office last year and spoke with the receptionist who guaranteed Barry would return my call. She did but gave me the same story waiting for adjuster. I called and spoke with Bruce since Barry was doing nothing and he advised me to come in as I was running out of time for worker’s compensation to cover my treatments. I scheduled an appointment with him for that same week. Can you believe I went to the appointment and Mr Ingerman did not see me. Barry spoke to me and informed me Bruce was busy with a new client but she was still working on getting the authorization. She sent me to the doctor who recommended treatment and imaging. I am still waiting for the authorization to get these done. Barry claims inability to reach adjuster and usually does not return calls, emails or text messages. I am unable to work and constantly in pain but it seems Barry and her company does not care about those they represent. Professionally I ensured others where treated as humans and helped them on their road to recovery. Now to be treated this way is simple inhumane. It’s been five years of constant pain and feelings of desperation at the hands of Bruce and Barry. I am sorry I chose this company to represent me.
Jan 14, 2025 · Chantelle McClureTerrible customer service, case was dropped for no reason, and the lawyers are incompetent. Whoever works at the front desk hung up on me three times for no reason, and I never received any call backs or follow up emails. Do not use them!

Oct 31, 2024 · Gary KessingerMy family and I were introduced to the I&H team of attorneys about 10 years ago. From that first introduction until now, we have contacted them for every PI or Worker’s Comp case that any member of my family or I have required representation for. They have been consistent with their results. They fight for our awards as if we were family. Carolyn Johnson has always gone above and beyond to keep me informed of the direction of my cases but none more than through the shut-down via the pandemic. If it was after-hours or Saturday’s, she made sure that I knew what was going on! I love this group! If you need smart, talented and formidable representation, contact the team at I&H!! ASK FOR CAROLYN JOHNSON!!!
