This has been going on since August 2024. My consultation was scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, but no one ever called me. After waiting 15 minutes, I called the law firm and someone told me they'd simply take a message. It is very suspicious that the very next day I got hit with a Cease and Desist from my property's law firm. Wait a minute: my first complaint about the second hand marijuana was in August (5 months ago), and the day AFTER my scheduled consultation with a law firm I received a Cease and Desist. Do you honestly think I'm too stupid to realize wtf is going on? It is now Sunday, January 12th the I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM IVAN & ASSOCIATES. #suspicious
