Mr. Maloney convinced me to hire him for my case. He is very knowledgeable and experienced from our first conversation. I was excited to work with him. After payment was made, I didn’t hear from him after several calls and emails. I was wondering when we was going to prepare. I was frustrated and upset he wasn’t going to show up. It wasn’t until my court day and the judge called my name that he walked in and up to me. Guess I looked like I was looking for someone. He finally walked in, asked if I was his client and asked me to step in hall. He did a run down of the case and presented me with information from opposing counsel. I felt he should have been able to respond too. His support team is no better with communication and relaying messages. Opposing counsel sent information pertaining to my case and he never saw it until court. He acknowledged he did not communicate well to me. I feel ripped off and want a refund. I paid for representation not provided. Just my experience

Couldn't even communicate with me before hearing. I waited over two weeks and a hearing I went to unrepresented. He knew I had court. His secretaries knew I had court. Yet they strung me along with no answer leaving me with all my eggs in one basket. SO disappointed by the behavior and lack of serious communication. So disappointing. If you call here for hope like I did, well dont get your hopes up. A simple yes or no shouldn't take several weeks like this, with wasted courthearibgs where I looked like an idiot because of this piss poor communication 👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible lawyer. Terrible communication. No preparation for court, I got the run down AT court. I feel like he lied to me about what would happened if I decided to plea not guilty. After accepting the plea, he came to sit beside me in the courtroom and whispered, I don’t want you to second guess your plea when you hear the prosecutor doesn’t have a lot of evidence. He scammed me out of 2k only to do NO work on my case. I hope he never gets another client. Patty wasn’t much more help either. She said to me when I called a week before court that “We told you when you hired us that we won’t reach out to the clients or schedule appointments with them, they have to contact us”. I honestly had a chance of fighting my case. I even had video evidence that I didn’t do it that I submitted. But they said you couldn’t see who was doing the crime. However, the person in the video was of different race then me so even if you can’t see WHO was doing it, you can clearly see it wasn’t me. He manipulated me into taking a plea by exaggerating what the prosecutor had and what would happen if I plead guilty. He told me if I plead not guilty, everyone involved would’ve been charged. Idk why I believed him because of that was the case, they would’ve been charged that night. Please don’t waste your time on this dishonest “lawyer” unless you want the minimum amount of work done on your case and plan to plea out. I would’ve been better off with a court appointed. Smh.

Mr. Maloney & Sherry have been both great in communicating and given me great advice through out my cases. I highly recommend this firm. Mr. Maloney will fight and do his very best to represent you till his last breath. Sherry is very honest and straight forward. My case is very complicated and Mr. Maloney had one month to get this case ready that has been in & out of court for over 5 years and counting. Mr Maloney was honest and kept his cool the whole case. Unfortunately we didn’t get what we wanted but he was very professional till the very end. He even took the time to explain to me what happened and why it happened after our hearing.

Mr Maloney fought hard to clear my name and reputation. He was aggressive in court and at the same time he handled my situation with care and compassion and he didn't stop in the court room! He was dancing circles around that child prosecutor! He cleared my name and because of it I was able to keep my career. I will forever be indebted to him. I wish I could give him a whole year of my pay because that's what he deserves. If I ever need an attorney in the future I will think of no one else except James Maloney. I can only say wonderful things about him and if you're on the fence about choosing him, just do it. He won't let you down! Thank you Mr Maloney!
