Unbelievable manipulation lying coarse . E to believe that I had no rights cuz landlord had no insurance when I was living there in section 8 told me to ky n say there wasn't a witness even if the witness wanted nothing to do w it told me to lie bout what had happened so I got confused during the deposition told me the landlord that was new where I lived was not around had went to Florida and had no insurance on the 3 decker and before the fence was there . He told me to lie I'm not saying front door say back door so because I don't lie like that n I was not in my right space I listened to this lawyer who I thought was going to protect me. Well we lost I had 94 staples out in my left leg all I did was turn around it's called compartment syndrome I turned around in the walkway when I went to ope the front gate before I stepped out into side walk there is a ditch in walk way I ripped my calf muscle in half from turning around on an uneven walkway . Rick Mr Rick serette wanted . E to lie he lied bout my landlord at the time he had more interest in helping the landlord than me when we lost i balled my eyes out 94 staples in my leg a single mother of 3 kids all under 5 what was I gonna do I was devasted mentally emotionally bout my leg I was worried how was I gonna take care of my kids I had no help Rick bright me downstairs n gave me 500 dollars out of a bank that's down on the first floor of the bldg he resides his law firm in. He manipulated me deceived me and completely destroyed me inside n out he did not have my back was totally against anything n I was very very nieve I didn't know my rights I didn't know anything all I knew is that I only had 1 leg now to take care of my 3 toddlers n I was depressed mentally physically n emotionally n I stopped my pca job I never went back to work since 2014 I limp I have a huge huge scar n I'm still depressed bout it I can't wear high heels n feel like a woman anymore .. so ty Rick serette mY e u shouldn't be a lawyer at all u have no interests I. Helping anyone unless maybe that landlord paid u I personally think he did . Just get rid of this case how does someone have a tenant on section 8 n som Doesnot have insurance .. weather ur new m just bought the property doesn't matter I would think m believe cuz lawsuit r not quick u did have insurance n u allowed to manipulate n lie to me cuz u knew I didn't know anything n u knew I was niece n so I would listen to u n not ask questions .. I'm disgusted w myself depressed still can't wear women heels n I can't feel like a women with this nasty scar I have no feeling on the right side n whe. U touch the right side the left side tingles I am on gabapentin for nerve damage n depression medication .. so yeah rick seedett ety n that's the damn truth oh wait I signed something that said something like I couldn't say anything bout the situation or something like that I have no idea nor do I even care cuz I got nothing u can use me for that's for sure.
