In having found out that my account was frozen without any type of notice either via mail, email, or phone call - which do not try to call their office. I left a voicemail with Anna and was told it was not received when I made sure that it was sent prior to ending my call. But with some going back and forth via email with Anna, the continual reply I received was that I needed to call the office to discuss further. Strange for I wished to have documentation but that is ok - I take very good notes. But with having watched the videos as they were provided - it states that they will work with you on a payment plan that will work with your financial situation. Not so. Per Anna, I was told that the lowest monthly payment I could do was $150.00/month. With having explained that I was let go from my job and only working part-time at the moment while looking for full-time work and explaining that there was no way at this time I could afford the $150.00 monthly, I was told to either speak with an attorney or fill out the forms to have another hearing. Oh and with the hearing. I apparently missed the hearing from December and strange in that I would for I never received any documentation stating that the creditor was once again coming for their money after I had already initially submitted all the paperwork and information regarding the creditor and their lack of information and the judge sided with me that time, but apparently did not this time, so here I am. But today, Tuesday, April 29, 2025, yet again after providing Anna with numbers and my desire to request a hearing, not only did she answer her phone this time, but decided to transfer me to Nancy, without letting me know she would be doing. Nancy, was extremely NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. The payment arrangement I was told I could now do monthly was $200.00!!! Why up from $150.00?! Her only explanation was that there was no agreement set in place and with the remaining balance of $894.33, that the $200.00 was the lowest amount that would be acceptable. So much for working within someone's budget. And for Anna to not even take the time to reach out to me - aka - pick up the phone to call me, I was again, continually told to call the office to discuss further. Completely and very much unprofessional. From the reviews I have read, it would have been a dream to work with Mindie, but I, unfortunately, got dealt the hand with Anna and Nancy. So, off to their website/portal to make my request to have lower monthly payments and will wait to see what can be done. Unbelievable. And to add to the frustration - I HAVE to choose a star to review. Would rather not but one will have to do.

The features of Jenkins Law Firm, PC, as illuminated by client experiences, present a mixed picture. One review, while detailed and lengthy, expresses significant frustration with the firm's communication and flexibility regarding payment plans. This client, whose account was frozen without notice, highlights a lack of proactive communication from the firm, stating that all contact was initiated by them. They also encountered difficulties reaching staff by phone and experienced a disconnect between the firm's advertised willingness to "work with you on a payment plan that will work with your financial situation" and the actual options presented. The client was initially offered a $150/month payment plan, which increased to $200/month in a subsequent conversation, despite their explanation of current part-time employment and inability to afford these amounts. The client's experience with staff members Anna and Nancy was described as "extremely NOT HELPFUL AT ALL" and "completely and very much unprofessional," particularly regarding the difficulty in obtaining a lower payment or a hearing request via email for documentation. This review suggests that while the firm may aim to offer payment solutions, the execution and flexibility in individual cases, alongside communication protocols, might be areas for improvement.

This client specifically praises Emily for being "very polite and very understanding." This client concludes by calling Jenkins Law Firm, PC "a firm with compassion and understanding." This contrasting review highlights that individual client experiences can vary significantly within the same firm, potentially depending on the specific staff member interactions or the nature of the case. The positive feedback suggests that when the firm's compassionate and understanding approach is effectively implemented, it can lead to highly satisfactory client outcomes and strong appreciation.

May 01, 2025 · Ron WillisTo say that I'm going through a tough time in my life is an understatement. When I was notified that an account of mine was placed in Receivership, I simply broke down. I immediately made contact with Adam at Jenkins Law Firm and found not only an outstanding, knowledgeable professional, but also a compassionate human being who understood my situation when no one else did before. Adam helped me every step of the way as I completed the requirements I needed to arrange a hardship agreement. During the entire process, I felt respected and supported by someone who saw me for more than someone who didn't have the money to stay above water. Adam didn't judge me for my situation. Instead, he showed empathy and worked out an arrangement that allowed me to take responsibility for my debt while not overwhelming me as I try to get back on my feet. I cannot thank Adam enough for being so kind and helping me through an amazingly difficult time in my life.
