Not all clients will receive 5 star service and that I understand, but any new potential clients should be aware of what happened to me. Simply put, when it was time to receive my payment to them I did receive many emails in quick fashion, I had heard good things about this group and I appreciated this. As shown in the screenshot, the last email I received from my representative Anita was - "We are all set for now.  I’ll let you know as soon as we have an update." To which as also shown I did not receive any other form of communication until the 2nd screenshot in January of 2024. Upon speaking with them today I was informed they could do nothing to assist me further following the missing of the court hearing for Deferment of my speeding ticket from the city of Bedford. She told me they sent 1 singular email informing me of the court date, this I never received - so is technology. She said on their end they did not get a "bounce back" email meaning it showed it delivered to me. I am a tech nerd and can confirm it did not, but to only send 1 single email and not call or text? My concern is this - As a paying client, is one singular email to inform me of a court action sufficient? I was told and I quote, "we have far too many clients to call or text." ... Baffling, not one call or text. As well as my questions as to at least some sort of follow up or "marked urgent" email when your client does not show up to a court hearing. The most important part on my end of this transaction. I was told, "we are not responsible to make sure you check your email"... (told her I would screenshot my email and show their email never delivered to me). I am a manager at a high end luxury car dealership. We use a "CRM" (customer communications management system) to communicate with our clients. The purpose of me writing this is to inform all looking to work with this group that John Gioffredi & Associates either do not have the technology present or the care to inform their clients or follow up besides when it is time to collect payment. If you do business with them - be sure to follow up and do their job you paid them to do yourself.

I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. They failed to explain the process in any detail and left me in the dark about what was happening. When I finally figured out what they were doing, I realized it was something I could have easily handled myself without their help—and saved a lot of money in the process. It felt like they were more interested in taking my money than actually providing value. After I complained, I had to call from an unrecognized number so that they would answer the call. I would not recommend them.

Went to my second court appearance today for running a red light. Judge dismissed it because the cop didn't show up. The reason for the 2 stars is because, when I first went to the office to fill out the paper work, I felt that the (older lady) forgot her name was judging me based on how I look, I shave my head maybe because I look like I'm up to no good which I'm not I have no tattoos either, felt like she wanted me out of there as soon as possible. I was being very polite and friendly but that didn't work, she felt threatened by me, she even said there someone in the other room, I said to myself ok, she was pretty much saying I'm not alone. I said to myself I will never hire these people again.

We have used this law office on two different occasions, and they have not disappointed us yet. Trish and Courtney are amazing, these ladies took care of us through the whole process.
