It’s nothing short of disturbing that Jose Jordan continues to manipulate his audience on his Spanish-language radio show, peddling the myth of amnesty as if it were a political certainty. For years now, he’s made a lucrative business out of selling hope, false hope, that is. Listening to his show, you’d think a sweeping, miraculous amnesty was around the corner, just waiting to relieve millions of families from their plight. Yet here we are, years into this presidency, and it has yielded nothing but vague promises, confusion, and an overwhelming humanitarian crisis. J.Jordan seems more interested in profiting off his listeners’ desperation than actually providing clear, honest guidance. Worse still, he rarely addresses the dangers and challenges that have come with this open-border approach. Countless people crossing unvetted and unchecked is a recipe for disaster, not only for public safety but for the very people trying to find refuge in a broken system. But that doesn’t stop Jose Jordan from spinning his web of “just wait a little longer” assurances. He speaks as though Washington’s hand is reaching out, ready to deliver amnesty any day now, but his words are hollow, empty promises designed to keep people tuning in, holding on, and paying for consultations that lead nowhere. It’s clear Jose Jordan lacks the integrity that any good attorney or advocate should have. He’s not helping; he’s exploiting. His show is a thinly veiled sales pitch, feeding off people’s hopes while knowing full well that the promises he implies are unlikely, if not impossible. This is not advocacy; it’s manipulation, and it’s downright shameful. A responsible attorney would counsel his audience honestly about the limitations and uncertainties of the immigration process, not pander to their fears and dreams just to fill his own pockets. In short, Jordan's radio show is a deeply unethical venture that preys on the most vulnerable, those who want nothing more than a safe, legal path to a better life. He should be ashamed, but unfortunately, it seems his moral compass has long since abandoned him. Now, the new Administration will carry out a massive deportation operation, yet Jose will never blame the Democrats for such disaster.

To provide an objective introduction, we have compiled feedback from individuals who have shared their experiences with Jose Jordan & Associates online. However, it is important to note that the reviews available present serious allegations that potential clients should carefully consider.
One extensive review expresses significant concern and describes Jose Jordan's Spanish-language radio show as "disturbing." The reviewer accuses Jose Jordan of manipulating his audience by promoting the idea of amnesty as a near certainty, which they believe is false hope used to generate business. The review suggests that Jose Jordan has been "selling hope, false hope" for years, leading listeners to believe that widespread amnesty is imminent. The reviewer argues that despite this, there has been no such sweeping amnesty, only "vague promises, confusion, and an overwhelming humanitarian crisis." The author of this review believes that Jose Jordan is more interested in profiting from his listeners' desperation than providing honest and clear guidance on immigration matters.
Furthermore, this reviewer criticizes Jose Jordan for allegedly rarely addressing the "dangers and challenges" associated with an "open-border approach," including public safety concerns and the risks to those seeking refuge. The review claims that Jose Jordan continues to offer assurances to "just wait a little longer," portraying Washington as ready to deliver amnesty soon, but these words are seen as "hollow, empty promises designed to keep people tuning in, holding on, and paying for consultations that lead nowhere."
The reviewer concludes by stating that Jose Jordan "lacks the integrity that any good attorney or advocate should have," accusing him of exploitation rather than help. The radio show is described as a "thinly veiled sales pitch" that preys on vulnerable individuals' hopes, while the reviewer believes Jose Jordan is aware that the implied promises are unlikely. This is labeled as "manipulation" and "shameful." The reviewer suggests that a responsible attorney would offer honest counsel about the uncertainties of immigration, rather than pandering to fears and dreams for personal gain. The review ends by calling the radio show an "unethical venture" that exploits the vulnerable and criticizes Jose Jordan's alleged failure to hold a particular political party accountable for deportation operations.
Adding to these serious allegations, another review states, "DO NOT come here! They scammed me and drained all of my money on my account after giving them my card information to pay for a $75 over the phone consultation. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!" This is a direct and severe accusation of scamming and financial theft following a consultation payment.
Given these reviews, potential clients of Jose Jordan & Associates, APLC, should be aware of the serious allegations made. These include the manipulation of a vulnerable audience through a radio show by allegedly peddling false hope of amnesty for financial gain, a lack of integrity, and, in a separate review, a direct accusation of scamming and unauthorized draining of funds after a consultation payment.

Feb 26, 2025 · Lizbeth ZebaduaOk, the worst experience I have dealt with. Jose Jordan and associates is the worst office you can go for an legal advice. In my case immigration consultation. Consultation is not free be ready to be charged am amount of $150. Don't waste your money. I paid for an appointment at 11. I waited in the lobby for an hour. Not bad right it gets interesting. Next I was called in by his assistant into an office. He took some notes down then walked out of the office with paper on hand proceeded to ask me to wait for Jose (lawyer) to take over. I was left in the office for 2 hours to be exact I almost felt like I was forgotten of. Finally after 2 hours of waiting Jose Jordan walked in. Big red flag --. He advertises his office on the radio. He’s worst lawyer I have ever consulted to with very unprofessional! After waiting an eternity for MY appointment I paid for ahead of time. Big scammer! He out there scamming the Latino community which is awful. Do your research I guarantee you won't be charge triple the amount of what he is charging here. Didn’t tell anything different than the information I had found online myself. Pointless! Waste of time! I would Kindly like my money back!
Feb 25, 2024 · Vanesa CruzIf you’re looking for legal advice with people who at least show that they care and will give you useful advice DO NOT COME HERE. Came with my cousin who was seeking legal advice/help consult was $150 for a load of nothing. Jose is very egotistical and does not know how to be sympathetic with people who are in NEED and desperate for help. He’s very rude and I could tell he EASILY gets offended when you ask questions that contradict what he says. Please PLEASE go elsewhere and save your time and money.
