Mar 18, 2025 · S GMr Joseph was a pleasure to deal with, after getting my first ever speeding ticket (28 mph over the limit, threatening 6 points) i called a ALOT of attorneys seeking the best one to represent me, I ended up on a call with mr Joseph, He explained everything very politely and clearly and he told me what to expect, that 2 points will stay and the other 4 points taken off, I decided to go with Mr Joseph to represent me. 2 months later, the day after the trial date, they gave me an email saying ALL points were taken off and i would just have to pay a $325 fine which i am happy to pay instead of having points on my record. I am extremely happy with the results, And would definitely recommend, the entire team was clear, polite and a pleasure to work with, thank you so much Mr Joseph for your help!

Although he made no promises, he still delivered the greatest result we could have asked for with our traffic violation. I reached out Joe on Christmas Eve to help me with my case for speeding at Mamaroneck village court. He advised me that the court is not a friendly court due to a recent event that occurred there with a mother and child. He assured me that he will do the best he can to get my case dismissed. Feb 19, 2025 · Michael MintahSummary: Joseph and his team has been really helpful on this matter. Would definitely recommend. I'd recommend the following to people. Give your requirements for what you want the outcome to be. He would let you know what's possible and what's not. We spent 30-40 mins in total going over all possibilities for my case and how we'd have future communications and when. I didn't have to contact them again for any reason and had peace of mind. They'd give me period updates whenever there's progress in the case. I didn't have to talk with anyone other than Joseph and his team. He was able to get the desired outcome. His team and himself forgot to mention the entire verdict present on the document. Without reading the legal document, which is 1 page long, id have failed to comply with the verdict. That's something they need to improve upon in future case. But that's also our accountability to read through our verdict and understand it. So please be thorough. Once everything was completed from my end, the document said I need to post it to court. But I just emailed it to him and they sent it digitally to the court and my case was closed. All things considered, I'm happy in hiring him and his team for my case.
