After looking for a lawyer that would help on my case and after being literally robbed by another law firm I started looking on the internet for a new lawyer and found a couple that would be willing to see me for an interview bit they would charge me a ton of money just to tell me they couldn't or wouldn't help me with my case and then just when I was about to give up and just do it myself I called Judy Flanagan's office she interviewed me and told me straight out that my case was nearly impossible to win and I should save up some money because my chances were very small but if I wanted her to represent me she would and so I said I have to try and fight even if we lose so we took that small chance and she was always honest and understanding. After a long time and I'm talking about years we won the case and I do get to stay it was hard and stressful but thanks to her I'm still here and my kids get to have me around still they love Judy and I'm always gonna be grateful not only for her service but for the great human being she is. Thank you so very much Judy Flanagan
Welcome to Lawyers Near Me, your online platform for connecting with legal professionals in your local area. Today, we introduce you to JUDY C. FLANAGAN, P.C., a law firm located at 77 E Columbus Ave #201, Phoenix, AZ 85012, USA. Situated in Phoenix, this office address suggests a professional environment for consultations and the handling of immigration law matters. JUDY C. FLANAGAN, P.C. can be reached by phone at (602) 667-6200, with the same number also listed as their mobile contact, +1 602-667-6200, indicating direct accessibility for clients seeking immigration legal assistance.
Based on the available customer reviews, experiences with JUDY C. FLANAGAN, P.C. present contrasting perspectives, particularly within the complex field of immigration law. One review expresses profound gratitude for Judy Flanagan's representation in what was initially deemed a "nearly impossible to win" case. The client recounts being candidly informed about the slim chances of success after being disillusioned by a previous law firm. Despite the odds, the client chose to fight, and Judy Flanagan provided honest and understanding support throughout a lengthy process spanning years, ultimately leading to a successful outcome where the client was able to remain in the country. The reviewer praises Ms. Flanagan not only for her legal service but also for her character, highlighting her as a "great human being" who was deeply appreciated by the client and their children.
However, another, more recent review presents a significantly negative experience. This client expresses a feeling of being primarily viewed as a source of money, alleging that Ms. Flanagan was unhelpful in providing legal guidance, often responding to questions with belittling remarks and vague inquiries about the client's own thoughts on the matter. The reviewer felt misled, believing that Ms. Flanagan knew their case had no chance of dismissal in the specific immigration courthouse they were attending, suggesting a potential misrepresentation of the likelihood of success. A critical point raised was Ms. Flanagan's absence from the client's first court hearing while in ICE custody, allegedly due to a failure of her secretary to relay a change in the court date. This resulted in the client spending an additional month in ICE custody and losing their job. While Ms. Flanagan reportedly fired the secretary, this did not alleviate the client's significant negative consequences, ultimately leading to their impending return to Mexico. The reviewer concludes by expressing a sense of false hope instilled by Ms. Flanagan and strongly advises others facing immigration court proceedings to be wary of similar assurances regarding case dismissal.
The services offered by JUDY C. FLANAGAN, P.C. clearly focus on immigration law, given the context of both reviews. This likely includes a range of services such as deportation defense, asylum applications, family-based immigration petitions (like green cards), visa applications, and potentially other immigration-related legal matters. The positive review highlights successful representation in a challenging immigration case, suggesting expertise in navigating complex legal pathways. The negative review, however, points to potential shortcomings in providing clear legal advice, understanding jurisdictional limitations within immigration courts, and ensuring adequate administrative support for crucial case details like court dates.
Features of JUDY C. FLANAGAN, P.C. appear to include direct attorney-client interaction with Judy Flanagan. The positive review emphasizes her honesty, understanding, and perseverance over an extended period. However, the negative review portrays a lack of guidance, a perceived belittling of the client's lack of legal knowledge, and a failure in administrative processes that had significant consequences for the client. The contrasting experiences suggest that while Ms. Flanagan may be capable of achieving positive outcomes in some complex immigration cases, there may be inconsistencies in client communication, case assessment, or administrative oversight.
The positive review serves as strong promotional information, highlighting Judy Flanagan's dedication, honesty, and ability to win seemingly unwinnable cases, coupled with her compassionate nature. The client's heartfelt gratitude and endorsement are powerful testimonials. Conversely, the negative review acts as a significant cautionary note, directly contradicting the positive portrayal and raising serious concerns about the firm's client communication, case management, and understanding of immigration court procedures. Potential clients are presented with two very different accounts of the firm's services and client experience.
For local users in Phoenix seeking immigration legal services, JUDY C. FLANAGAN, P.C. presents a complex profile based on these reviews. While one client experienced exceptional service and a life-changing positive outcome, another had a profoundly negative experience with significant personal repercussions. Potential clients should carefully consider the specific circumstances and allegations in both reviews, recognizing the high stakes and complexities inherent in immigration law. It would be prudent to inquire specifically about the firm's experience with cases similar to their own, their communication protocols, and their administrative procedures to ensure thorough and reliable representation.
When considering JUDY C. FLANAGAN, P.C., potential clients should ask detailed questions about the attorney's experience in their specific type of immigration case, the firm's communication practices, how court dates and important information are managed and relayed, and the attorney's assessment of the potential outcomes and all possible legal avenues. Given the starkly contrasting experiences reported, seeking additional references or testimonials and conducting a thorough initial consultation would be particularly important for individuals considering this firm for their immigration needs.
In conclusion, JUDY C. FLANAGAN, P.C. in Phoenix, Arizona, specializes in immigration law. While one client review praises the firm's dedication, honesty, and success in a challenging case, another presents serious allegations regarding poor communication, misrepresentation of case prospects, and significant administrative failures with detrimental consequences for the client. Local users seeking immigration legal services should carefully weigh these contrasting accounts and conduct thorough due diligence to determine if JUDY C. FLANAGAN, P.C. aligns with their specific legal needs and expectations in the complex and sensitive field of immigration law.

Jun 27, 2018 路 Sal FloresI used to think she was a great lawyer untill this past month. It seemed to me like all she wanted was my money I went to her for legal advice I thought that's what a lawyer was for. Everytime we asked her a question about anything I felt like she would belittle us for not knowing the laws wouldn't really give guidance about anything she would just say well what do you think you should do? Also she knew my case wasn't going to able to get dismissed in that court house I felt like she conned me and my family giving me false hope when all along that immigration courthouse didn't have the authority to dismiss my case. I just don't know how a good immigration lawyer wouldn't know that was going to be the outcome. She also didn't show up to my first court when I was in ice custody her secretary didn't relay the message that my court was moved up to an earlier date which caused me I think so to sit another month in ice custody resulting me losing my good job when I could have got realsed in one. She told me she had fired her secretary over that but that didn't do anything for me now how does that benefit me. I feel like she didn't try very hard now I must go back to mexico.my life here in the US is over she didn't really seem to care much. She just filled me with false hope from the beginning thank you Judy I hope you can sleep at night please guys don't let her fill u with false hope of your trying to get your case closed in imigration court they don't have the authority to do so how would you not know that was going to be the outcome???
