the worst attorney you can possibly deal with. he takes forever to get things done. he stretched a deal that take no more than 3 weeks to 5 months. if this guy is part of your deal run the other way. i heard nothing but horror stories and then dealt with him in a deal. if anyone comes at me with this guy. i wont be making a deal again!
