They were great in the beginning but I have not heard from them in months. I have called, messaged, and tried reception. Nothing. I just want some answers. My problems aren't going away and I thought I had a home run case. I am stopped at a light and a "Rooms 2 Go" truck hits me giving my injuring in my back, neck and brain. AND STILL NOTHING 17 months later. I am sad, depressed, injured, financially unstable for the first time in my life. Got a referral through 411-PAIN and initially felt really positive of being able to get recovery and maybe enough to cover the rest of a car payment that I was left with. After several months and several staff changes and inconsistent lines of communication, I felt like a number in their queue. When this happened I could barely stand I was in a lot of pain and I wasn't sure what to do. I was told to contact this law office and I have been helped by quite a few people in this firm, I will say whole heatedly that between the 17k in medical debt and my car being pretty close to totalled I was able to get all my medical debt reduced down to almost nothing, my car fixed and I was able to get compensated for this accident and I could not have done any of this without their help. Every bad review I've seen is all regarding time, my lawyer was very upfront with me and explained it takes time to get a proper settlement and took his time to walk me through everything he even gave me the option to go to court and laid out every aspect if I took that route. It's been exactly 8 months and my case is closed and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Do not judge this firm based on reviews of time, any lawsuit takes time but it takes a good group of people to care and I can tell you they all do. It's been a great experience and I can't recommend them enough.

There’s a Poor and so slow communication/information that you receive as “a client”. Even is you are receiving this “service by free” unless you have a real case, It’s a waste of time that you do whatever they ask you do to, and after two month they only left a “voice mail”, notification about your case is not going anymore, I literally spoke to 7 different people from the day 1, and I never talk one more one time with my “lawyer” in charge… On the other hand, I sent the evidence of my accidente from the beginning of the process and they don’t have communication between the team, I was asked for the same evidence once month after and the same with my insurance car, they even send the evidence to my insurance… Very disappointed…I put 2 stars because the first people who talked to me were very kind tho and I know they only do their job of “get leads”.
