I needed to declare chapter 7 before a collection account went to lawsuit. Kathleen March and her associate, Paige, were immensely helpful. They asked me questions to determine if my case would be likely to proceed. They helped me gather and organize the needed information and paperwork. Basically, they took the reins and (using my provided paperwork and answers) organized and filed the petitions on my behalf. They prepped me for the 341 meeting, which went perfectly. They are extremely helpful, super knowledgeable, and kind and thorough in what can feel like an embarrassing situation. I highly recommend contacting them if you’re considering bankruptcy.

Aug 13, 2024 · Andy LeeFive years ago with the help of Kathleen P. March, Attorney I was able to breath again by filing Chapter 13 for some credit card debt from an investment I made that didn't pan out. With her experience and commitment to me it has been an ordeal that I couldn't have gone through without her and her wonderful associates. She guided me along the way and now I am no longer in Chapter 13 as o f this week. If you are going to make the decision to file please don't go about it on your own. She is the BEST since she is a former Bankruptcy judge.
Jul 22, 2016 · Darlene Gorzela HerbstmanThe Bankruptcy Law Firm, P.C. was exceptional. I actually left a message on a Sunday evening in a panic to expedite a filing the following day by 5 pm. The staff returned my call as soon as the opened. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The team and Kathleen March, Esq stopped everything and worked with me to meet the deadline - with 3-hours to spare. I would not suggest waiting until the final day but I do HIGHLY recommend her services. Grateful!
Apr 01, 2019 · Julie PoulsenI am a lawyer. This post is not being made under my own name, because I would prefer to be anonymous. About 10 years ago I was in bankruptcy court representing a group of clients and had filed a very important motion, upon which the whole case was based. I saw the tentative ruling, which was to deny the motion. I quickly consulted Ms. March and requested her to appear and argue the motion for us. Needless to say, she won the motion, raising our case back from the dead. She was awesome, and I will never forget what she did. It was a pleasure and an honor to work with her.
