I find that her warm personality makes me feel like I am working with my sister... or favorite cousin.... Amy's attention to detail and ensuring the client was properly taken care of during all stages of the purchase made our situation seem easy, even though the underlying issues were far and above any normal closing. Amy was calm and collected throughout the whole closing, and if it wasn't for her, I'm sure we wouldn't have closed on time or at all. She even made a house visit to ensure the work was being done prior to close. I recommend Amy to all of our friends and family in the area. I wish I could give her 6 stars!

Despite all the issues that surfaced Amy and Jared were resourceful, responsive and made a stressful situation as pleasant as possible. Both Amy and Jared went above and beyond with responding to my numerous calls and emails. I was pleased with the discussions that ensued between Amy/Jared and the other party’s attorney. The firm seems very well connected to local attorneys, banks and realtors. I will continue to use Kertzman and Weil for any future real estate legal needs and would highly recommend them!

They quickly earned my complete confidence in their expertise and someone I referred shared the same impression; that after a quick conversation it was clear Amy was "whip smart" and "totally on it".
