If I could give 0 star I would. They shut down their business and never notified any of their clients. Now the clients are stuck with finding new lawyers and those fees as Kim Hunter Law won’t return any of the fees that had already been paid.

Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C Introduce

For individuals and businesses in St. Paul, Minnesota, who are seeking legal representation and searching under the category "Lawyers Near Me," Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C was formerly located at 656 Selby Ave #230, St Paul, MN 55104, USA. However, recent client feedback raises significant concerns regarding the firm's current operational status and communication with its clientele. Prospective clients should carefully consider this information when making decisions about legal representation.

Information regarding the physical environment of Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C's office at the Selby Avenue address is not detailed beyond its location in a suite within a building. Typically, a law office strives to provide a professional setting for client meetings and legal work. However, given the recent client feedback concerning the firm's closure and lack of communication, the current state of the physical office is uncertain and may not be operational.

The provided information does not explicitly state the specific areas of law in which Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C specialized. Without this information, it is challenging to definitively outline the services they offered. However, law firms generally practice in one or more specific areas to serve their clients. Potential areas of practice *may* have included:

  • Business Law: Assisting businesses with legal matters such as formation, contracts, and compliance.
  • Real Estate Law: Handling property transactions, leases, and disputes.
  • Estate Planning: Providing services related to wills, trusts, and estate administration.
  • Family Law: Addressing issues such as divorce, child custody, and support.
  • Criminal Defense: Representing individuals accused of crimes.
  • Personal Injury Law: Assisting those injured due to negligence.
  • Other potential areas of general or specialized legal practice.

Given the recent and critical client feedback, any discussion of the "features" of Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C must be heavily informed by these reviews. The primary features highlighted by the recent feedback are negative and pertain to the firm's operational status and client communication:

  • Alleged Business Closure Without Notification: One client review states that the firm "shut down their business and never notified any of their clients." This suggests a significant lapse in professional conduct and client communication.
  • Failure to Return Unearned Fees: The same review claims that clients are "stuck with finding new lawyers and those fees as Kim Hunter Law won’t return any of the fees that had already been paid." This raises serious concerns about the firm's financial practices and ethical obligations.
  • Lack of Responsiveness: Another review questions why the firm does "not answer their phone no more and email as well," indicating a complete breakdown in communication channels.
  • Uncertain Current Operational Status: The inability to reach the firm via phone or email, coupled with the alleged business closure, suggests that Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C may no longer be actively operating or serving clients.

These negative features, based on recent client experiences, paint a concerning picture for any potential clients searching for "Lawyers Near Me" in St. Paul. The lack of communication and the alleged failure to return unearned fees are significant red flags.

Given the serious nature of the recent client feedback indicating a potential business closure and a lack of communication, any discussion of promotional information would be irrelevant and potentially misleading. It is highly unlikely that a firm facing such issues would be actively engaging in promotional activities. Furthermore, potential clients would be strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and seek legal representation elsewhere based on the information available.

In conclusion, for individuals in St. Paul, Minnesota, searching for "Lawyers Near Me," Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C, formerly located on Selby Avenue, is a firm about which significant concerns have been raised in recent client feedback. The reviews allege a business closure without client notification and a failure to return unearned fees, as well as a lack of responsiveness via phone and email. This information strongly suggests that potential clients should avoid engaging with Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C and seek legal representation from other, actively operating law firms in the St. Paul area who demonstrate reliable communication and ethical business practices. Due diligence is crucial when selecting legal counsel, and the recent experiences reported by former clients of Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C warrant serious consideration.

We feel that our Colombian asylum seeker friend had the BEST, personal service for his asylum case. Kim Hunter personally met with him several times to assure that the process kept moving. We are very grateful to her for helping this wonderful man through the asylum process.

Don't go here. If you do end up here don't pay in full unless they finish your case. A friend of mine has to cancel contracts and lose money so they tell them LAST MINUTE that the scheduled meeting got canceled. lets not forget they have had 2 changes in lawyers. They don't respect small business owners. Them and glorias dont care about you and your case. They only want money.
