$200,000 and I had to stand before the judge on my own. This is my opinion on this law firm. After they drained me of 200k I had to recuse them and stand before the judge on my own, and they wouldn't even answer my email or show any support. I just got milked for money, the case was a joke to begin with, (A case in which a former employee of mine stole thousands of dollars from my business, which then went against my favor under their representation, a joke of a case to begin with as mentioned). Bryan is an honest lawyer, and you get what you pay for with him. On the other hand Scott Himes took maximum advantage of me, with only his financial gain as an objective. I did other cases with them over the course of 9 years, but as soon as I got to Scott Himes he was just a money hungry lawyer, who talks extremely slowly trying to milk every dollar. The scariest thing I have ever seen. Beware.

This review strongly positions Ryan Miller as an invaluable resource, particularly for real estate matters and Homeowners Association (HOA) issues. However, another client expressed severe dissatisfaction with Scott Himes, describing an experience where they felt "drained...for money" and alleging that the lawyer's objective was solely "financial gain." Jul 16, 2024 · Chauncey HollingsworthWe recently almost bought a coop, bought a coop, fired a negligent contractor and sold our previous coop with the help of Bryan W. Kishner. Working with Bryan was UNEQUIVOCALLY THE BEST part of this somewhat torturous process. Despite my not being the easiest client, Bryan remained PATIENT and in his FRIENDLY and CALM manner explained the relevant issues in a remarkably clear manner. His MASTERY of the law was comprehensive and his application of the law was ETHICAL. While dealing with brokers etc who did not always have our best interests at heart, I know Bryan ADVOCATED FOR MY FAMILY fully. I have complete confidence in his legal knowledge, his moral behavior and his commitment to his clients. The only part of the 'Manhattan real estate scene' that I will miss, is him! I recommend Bryan W. Kishner and his staff without reservation.
