Noah took the time to understand my situation, and was able to help me through confusing situations, such as advising and helping me with a B-1 change of status filing in the interim to be able to stay in the US, while we were still building the best E-2 application. Noah produced an extremely high quality and thorough binder for my E-2 application, that clearly demonstrated how I met the criteria for the visa. When I was denied the first time due to an unlucky encounter with a consular officer that did not follow the right criteria/procedure, Noah gave me the confidence to push back and gave me advice for the best channels to pursue to revise the decision. Within two weeks, I was able to get a review of my case and a second interview, and successfully obtained my E-2 visa.
