He was hired for my grandmothers estate. When asking him questions and venting about how the conservator had wasted so much money, he then got defensive. Refused to talk to me, told me to get an attorney and that he is looking forward to talking to them. So shady and unprofessional. No attorney should be talking to their clients like that. We weren’t given all of the financial records, only a edited version I ended up finding out funds were grossly mismanaged with duplicate charges and generous “payments” and absurd fees taken from a woman with dementia under a conservatorship Update: jamie was supposed to sign all of our names onto the veteran benefits. I talked to the VA only one persons name was put on and I was told to just wait and was given no information. It’s been almost two years, and I just came to find out that someone has been stealing all the money from my whole family. This is amazing. I’m definately writing the bar association.

  • Estate Planning: Assisting clients in creating comprehensive plans for the distribution of their assets and the care of their loved ones. This commonly involves drafting wills, establishing various types of trusts (such as living trusts, testamentary trusts, and special needs trusts), and advising on strategies to minimize estate taxes and avoid probate.
  • Wills: Guiding clients through the process of drafting legally sound wills that clearly articulate their final wishes regarding their property, assets, and guardianship for minor children.
  • Trusts: Advising on the creation and administration of trusts as a means of managing assets, providing for beneficiaries, and often avoiding the probate process, offering flexibility and privacy that wills might not.
  • Probate Law: Representing executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in the probate process, which involves validating a will, settling an estate, paying debts, and distributing assets to heirs. This can also include navigating disputes that arise during probate.
  • Conservatorships/Guardianships: Providing legal assistance in establishing and managing conservatorships or guardianships for individuals who are unable to manage their own affairs due due to incapacity. This involves navigating the court process to ensure the protection and well-being of vulnerable individuals.
