Austin’s approach was surgical and strategic, but he was also raw, honest, and open to discomfort in a way that brings the truth to the surface. He tactfully navigated difficult challenges, and the result was the best possible outcome for my kids and me. The way he explained everything in the written position statements before the hearing made it easy to understand difficult concepts. When we were in court during the trial, he knew when to push and when to hold back. He was clam, commanding, and relentless on cross exam. When interacting with the Judge, he knew the rules and has this way of commanding respect without raising his voice. It was like watching someone at the top of their game.
