Lemme tell ya something. I normally don't, but today? I got the time today. I called to simply say that I received a letter from them that was meant for the prior tenant. I very politely explained that the woman they are trying reach no longer lives here. I then explained that I could probably give them the old tenant's new address bc I know someone who lives right by her. I thought I was just being kind & helpful, but to my shock, the employee on the other end of the line responded so rudely & began to berate me. She rudely asked me why I didn't give the mail back to the mailman. Huh?! Ma'am, it's not my responsibility to fix your company's mistakes, yet here I am STILL trying to help you while being treated rudely & criticized...Wow! I am typically never home when the mailman arrives, so I went out of my way to call Kream & Kream during my free time to simply help them out; Something that I did NOT have to do. Kream & Kream should seriously consider hiring someone FRIENDLY to answer their phone calls. An employee that answers phone calls is an employee that often provides the first impression of the company they are representing...This woman gave Kream & Kream a horrible first impression. Kream & Kream may very well be an excellent company, but that woman is absolutely losing them customers. You may be reading this & thinking, "Oh, whatever. 🙄 Who cares? You're not even a customer!" Fantastic observation skills! I am indeed NOT a customer, now hold still as I adhere this gold star to your forehead; You earned it! Now wear it proudly. ⭐ If someone seriously can't show the slightest bit of kindness to a stranger, especially a very polite stranger, then they should NEVER be hired to interact with customers period. I know damn well that I wasn't the first to be treated like this by her & I know damn well that I damn sure won't be the last. He tried to tow my car while i was at the dentist. guy is a totally unreasonable Richard Kream is the guy i spoke to. if you value your money go to someone who at least has some people skills. very petty and is another man who desperately needs a therapist.....

They have the worst reviews out of everyone. If you’re getting harassed , contact Agruss law firm that is representing clients that are being harassed by Kream and Kream!
