This is probably the most unprofessional law office in New Jersey and they personally costed me over $10,000 due to their error with their poor claim handling. My contract was cut and dry, there were three contingencies in my contract on my home, one involved the seller to purchase a warranty. Closing came, this office never confirmed the warranty. I reached out to them the next week inquiring about the warranty, they never got back. Shortly afterwards a $10,000 appliance that would have been covered, went out, they finally responded and said they never confirmed it, and the seller never purchased the warranty. This is one of many errors they made, this one ended up coming out of my pocket. This attorney is selling T shirts in their lobby window…that should of been my first red flag but it was too late at that point. Save yourself time and money, hire a professional, not a jersey shore T shirt vendor who doesn’t care about your well being and is impossible to get a hold of.
