What a poor excuse for an attorney Nicole Elder is. I called to get some information for potential legal representation and she was so rude. Kept cutting me off, not hearing me out and TRYING to compare my situation to everyone she’s ever come in contact with which is unfair to me. Now here’s MY advice unwarranted without your side of the story (lies) get out of family law. You don’t have the emotional intelligence for it and your customer service sucks bad. Seek God.

This client reported a failure to deliver on promised services, specifically the drafting of a contract within a few days. Despite acknowledging personal circumstances, the reviewer felt that the attorney should not have taken on the case if she could not fulfill her obligations, leading to a feeling of being "scammed out of my money." Furthermore, the review highlights significant issues with communication, including unanswered calls and broken promises of follow-up. The client also reported not receiving a promised refund. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney , Nicole Elder who was referred by my legal service agency. Despite promising to have my contract ready within a few days, she failed to deliver. Personal circumstances aside, she should not have taken on my case if she couldn't handle it. I feel scammed out of my money. Communication was another major issue—she rarely answered calls and frequently promised to "look into the matter and call back," but those follow-ups never materialized. Despite assuring me of a refund, I never received one. I truly thought that I screened her well on our inital call and her quick email to send over supporting documents. I strongly urge caution when considering her for any legal services, free consultations, or professional hire. If you've had a similar experience, consider reporting the issue to the State Bar to seek proper resolution.

I called for help in family law. Attorney Nicole Elder that I spoke to treated me poorly. She was condescending, did not listen, didn't even try to help, got loud when talking with me, and refused to answer legitimate legal questions. I recommend not to call this office. They do not seem to care. By contrast, I did speak to another attorney's office who was completely the opposite. He completely listened, answered every question that she didn't, and treated me with dignity and kindness.

I'm not sure who did it but all of a sudden my private divorce docs are available for viewing hmmmm interesting They appeared to my knowledge AFTER I write this review Thx for nit answering my calls dropping me and ruining my life I wish I could give her ZERO stars Found our she told the court I consented to her withdrawal from my case is contentious divorce I was upset yes I lost my kids after years of faithful devotion to my mate gave up law school only to have my him leave. So did L Laforge When I needed her most she withdrew ad said I consented. I suppose it's what I signed ? AS a civilian I had no idea what would happen to me. As an officer of the court she DID. Years later I am only recently recovering from what she said she'd help me solve. I despise her

**“Stay far away from Nicole Elder! This so-called attorney took my money and did absolutely nothing for my case. For months, she lied about filing my documents and even claimed she had sent the police to serve my ex—only for me to find out the police department never received my case at all. Every phone call with her was a nightmare; she constantly yelled at me while charging me for the time. When I finally demanded a face-to-face meeting, I was shocked by what I saw. She was completely unprepared, had none of my documents, and appeared to be in a highly unprofessional state. She rented an office space with a FAKE computer in front of her and couldn’t provide a single shred of proof that she had ever filed anything with the court or police department. I am filing a formal complaint with the State Bar, and I strongly encourage anyone else who has been mistreated by Nicole Elder to do the same. She should not be allowed to practice law. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam artist at all costs!”**
