if you take service from the attorney and realtor Laura B. Bramnick, you must be prepared to pay her far more than you should and suffer more headaches. her hourly rate is not high but she will make your case as more complex as possible so she has a chance to spend more time on your case and charge you more, in the end you pay far more than using a truly good attorney who charges a higher hourly rate but give you wise advice to solve your headaches or win your case. Laura is just like a bad dentist who doesn't completely cure your teeth pain but delay and long last your pain so you have to visit her more. her "professional advice" is for her to make more money from your case, it is not for you to efficiently handle your case with as less money as possible. she may make you feel that she is your life saver so you just gratefully pay for her "hard work". you only realize that you are her victim after the event passed but you regret that there is a easy way, more efficient way to ultimately win without paying big bugs. unlike Laura, the attorney Kent Berk works the opposite way. he has a supper sharp mind, he can immediately identify issues and result, and advise you to handle your case smart with minimum cost. his advice is truly put your interest on top of his business. if you take his service you are the lucky person.

Feb 20, 2016 · Fran GuoWhen my adult children's father died unexpectedly, we needed a local attorney in Scottsdale to assist us with numerous issues. Laura was a great problem solver. She assisted with the eviction of a tenant in a rental property who fought back, and helped resolve other complex issues pertaining to their father's home. She found resources for us for other issues the children were facing through her community connections. She was empathetic and understanding and went beyond the call of duty. As a lawyer myself I know a good one when I see her and Laura is terrific.

Aug 03, 2021 · Kevin HirshI would like to share with you about my experience with Laura B Bramnick. I used Laura as my attorney try to file forfeiture of my sale agreement against the buyer recently. My experience was very unpleasant. After she reviewed all my documents, she charged me $650 for document review, including retainers for the next step. She said to file the forfeiture the first step is to have the Note servicing company to provide signatures on certain papers, and she contact them the for those. However, the Note servicing company refuses to provide those. For the next few days, we’ve been trying to negotiate with the Note servicing company to get the papers. But she was not able to move them at all. Not only that, during the entire negotiation with the Note servicing company, I have to spend a lot of time writing and reading emails calling myself. I felt like I did all the work. And I even read the entire Arizona status for real estate property to understand my case, and what’s the best solution for my case. After a week the case is still not moving forward at all. She said the other way to get the property title back to my name is the file judicial foreclose, which will take 9 months, and cost $10K. I told her this option does not make financial sense to me. I told her to put my case on hold until I instructed her further. And I’ve never contacted her ever since, because I found a much better person that knows exactly how to resolve this case. After 2 weeks, I got a bill from her assistant, stating I own her $571. Plus the $650 I already paid for the consultation and retainer, the total charges $1167. I was shocked that my first phone call with her assistant was on the bill, and every email I sent to her assistant was on the bill. I wasn’t aware of her assistant charges an hourly rate of $200. They’ve never told me about that in any format. I didn’t try to call her office or anything, because I wasn’t sure I will be charged for the phone calls. In the bill, all it listed was she and her assistant spent how many minutes to read my emails. I would not be able to gage that if it’s an industrial standard time to read emails. But I think I figured that, if you have an unexperienced attorney, he/she will have to spend extra time to studies your case, to figure out what’s going on step by step. And you are going to pay for all these time. That’s the only thing I can think of why this case has cost me so much but not moving forward at milestone at all. Today, Laura and her assistant called me to talked about the bill. That what triggers me to write this review about my experience. I was explaining to her assistant about why I wouldn’t agree some of the things on the bill. All of sudden, she took over the phone at scream at me from the other end “You own me this money! How dare you not pay me! Look at the emails I sent, I jump over the hook for you. You are not my only client. You own me this money!” I wouldn’t believe that this come from a lawyer, a professional that should be very well educated and well mannered. It’s ok, if don’t agree, but don’t be emotional or scream. And no one likes being threatened.
