Hired him to help with my divorce was really struggling to find a good attorney that was familiar with abuse in children and demostic had already paid a retainer fee for a different attorney that didn't seem to know anything about abuse just divorce. This guy seemed to have great knowledge about divorce and child abuse seemed just what I needed oh how I was wrong. I drove all the way to Omaha for an appointment to discuss the case twice both times over half the time he was trying to figure out his copy machine the one time and the other time trying to figure out how to use a memory stick seemed to me he didn't really know what he was doing, thought maybe just not great with tech so I continued. Then he pushed my divorce back 3 months because he wasn't prepared and wanted me to get court ordered witness sent out which I was OK with because I felt it important for my divorce trial. Now court day I had 5 witness with me +2 DHHS works ordered to come + 2 Deputies to be there I get bumbarded with my ex now trying to go after joint custody and that he would drop that if I agreed to unsupervised visitation with both of my children. My oldest is not his and was the one he abused the most, so the fear of losing custody of my children I told him only if he agrees my oldest to be taken off the table or I wanted my full trial. It ended up that I had to agree to unsupervised visitation with our son and my oldest to be decided by the judge or Allen was going to quit on me mid court. Also never got the full trial all of my court ordered witness were dismissed and everyone else lost a day of work with me. The parenting plan was written by my ex that I never even saw was bombarded with that in court as some of the things in the parenting plan was not even read in court. Allen had no questions prepared to ask anyone he only asked things I wrote on the paper. Over all he's a joke for an attorney and I don't see how he can even still practice Law!!!!!!!!
