I called this law office 09/19/24, asking for information because I did not know which lawyer my husband had it’s been so many years. The lady who answers the phone TRACY was very rude. She caught an attitude with me and told me I could not come in because I did not have an appointment and that there is two offices AGAIN did not know this information but she had to catch an attitude in order to tell me what I needed to do to get ahold of Anna Chang. This was an urgent manner and this lady Tracy was not helpful whatsoever, ALSO I called her out on her attitude and she quickly changed her attitude and told me “ I was just trying to give you information” AND HUNG UP ON ME. I did not get to leave a message for ANNA CHANG or got to see if my husbands files were still in their office. Please listen to this phone call and train this lady on how to speak to customers or just people in general who were asking SIMPLE QUESTIONS on what steps they needed to do in order to get ahold of certain documents!!!!!! TRACY IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB FIND A NEW ONE.
