Dawn is very helpful and definitely does her best to help you get to where you want to be as far as staying with the case, keeping you informed and letting you know honestly where you stand and what your chances are as you go. I was grateful for her on my side to help me deal with DCYF, But she's not perfect as I felt she should have said and did much more on one specific occasion when I was being chastised wrongfully by the division. So you may not always agree but I would just make sure that next time she is aware of what I expect and not assume she should just know.

The primary feature of the Law Office of Dawn E. Worsley is the legal services provided by Dawn E. Worsley, the attorney at this location. Based on the limited information available, including a customer review mentioning assistance with the Division for Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), it suggests that the Law Office of Dawn E. One customer review offers a mixed perspective on Dawn E. Worsley's services. The reviewer notes that Dawn is "very helpful" and diligent in keeping clients informed about their case, providing honest assessments of their standing and chances. The reviewer also expressed gratitude for Dawn's assistance in dealing with DCYF. This suggests a potential strength in handling cases involving child welfare matters, where clear communication and consistent engagement are crucial. However, the same review also mentions an instance where the client felt Dawn should have been more proactive in a specific situation, indicating that individual experiences and expectations can vary.
Another review presents a more critical viewpoint. This reviewer states that while Dawn E. Worsley will assist with signing legal documents after taking payment, they encountered difficulties when attempting to reverse an agreement with the opposing party. The reviewer's description of this experience as indicative of a "horrible lawyer" suggests a significant dissatisfaction with the handling of their specific situation.
A subsequent interaction between this reviewer and Dawn E. Worsley, as indicated by the reviewer's follow-up, highlights a point of contention regarding communication and perceived lack of initial guidance on a specific issue. The reviewer's frustration stems from Dawn's initial response of "I'm not sure what you would need to do," which the reviewer felt was inadequate given Dawn's professional role.
Considering these reviews, it is important for potential clients to approach the Law Office of Dawn E. Worsley with a balanced perspective. The positive feedback regarding helpfulness and communication in a DCYF case suggests potential competence in certain areas of family law. However, the negative feedback concerning the handling of a cancellation of legal documents and the perceived lack of initial guidance in another instance raises concerns about the consistency and scope of service provided.

Feb 27, 2019 · Kim MelloShe'll take your money and help you sign legal documents, but when you and the opposing party agree to cancel it, she doesn't know how to reverse it. That is a horrible lawyer in my book. To reply to Dawn's reply... how am I supposed to feel when you start your email to my question with "I'm not sure what you would need to do". You seemed to have more to say after I replied.
Nov 30, 2022 · Lara ChardIf you are a father involved in a child custody matter involving the safety, health, and well being of that child then do not hire Dawn Worsley. She will take your money and intentionally misrepresent you in the most simple matter. She will go out of her way to help the mother; she is gender biased. Furthermore, I believe that she hates men because in my case she has conspired with my daughters mother, her attorney, and Judge David Burns to commit perjury in order to gain judicial relief on behalf of mother. Facts: In a related DCYF case, April Barter was found to have stabbed our daughter in the leg and placed her head in a plastic garbage bag while trying to place her into it. April Barter has had court ordered supervised visitations since our daughter was 14 months old. After the Merrimack Family Court closed the DCYF case I was granted sole legal and physical custody of our daughter. Dawn Worsley represented me during the DCYF case and the subsequent Family Court matter. She completely failed to properly represent me during the DCYF case. Nonetheless, the trial judge made up for her misrepresentation. During the related family law matter I had to fire her in order to get the Final Order that we had originally set out to acquire. Finally, three years latter I was forced to accept Worsley's legal representation based on my economic circumstances. I specifically hired her because she was familiar with the grounds that required April Barter to have supervised visitation, etc. Worsley agreed to represent me in order to keep the Final Orders in place that are necessary to prevent conflict and further harm to our daughter. She has done nothing for me in two years while fraudulently charging me nearly $3000.
