I would 100% suggest Law Office of Jessica T. Arena. Jessica and her team are very professional, responsive to every concern and question, and are wanting to truly help you. We had been waiting for almost 3 years after we filed our i485, and even with multiple inquiries and follow ups, we never received any response, just that we have to “be patient”. One of our friends introduced us to Jessica’s law firm and we trust him very much in these matters so we knew Jessica’s law firm must be good, but wow! We received our interview appointments, did the interviews, received our RFE same week and then our green card approval letter and physical Green Cards the week after that, which was less than 2 months after we talked to Jessica for the first time. So much stress and pressure gone in less than 2 months! And I have to say, Jessica is very proactive about everything. There was a confusion about a matter during the interview and Jessica sent our declaration letters to US attorney explaining the situation right after. If you can afford it, I 100% suggest Jessica’s law firm. And just know that she listens to you. Since communication is key in this matter, make sure you are telling her all the details that might seem not very important. She doesn’t judge, she only helps. My husband and I are so very grateful our friend introduced us to Jessica.
