ITS A SCAM!!!!!!! I Appealed my 2014 Property Taxes with Laura Moore Godek. She asked that i Get a Appraisal. I used the Appraiser that she Recommended. I never Received a Copy of it. and Paid $400.00. She won the 2014 Appeal. The Very next Year My taxes went up $70,000. So i asked her to Appeal it there is no Way the Property could go up that Much in 5 years let alone one year. So she Appealed them for me. At first she said they would go down $10,000.She said I Should Accept. I said No. Then she Said they would Go Down $30,000. I said No. Finally after me Refusing to Go Up She Said that County Would Stay at the Appraised Value.. She Said i Would receive a Refund.. Today I received a Paid invoice . Stating she Recieved My Refund for 2015, And She Also Appeled My 2016 Taxes And She Took that Money Also And i Still owe Her $15.07. IT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
