This company is used by my HOA. I have tried to contact them several times to no avail. I was told they are use for a bill over 540 in which my bill exceeded this by very little, having had financial emergencies this year. I received a letter and paid a partial fee only to be charged another $110 for a letter and unable to pay the balance a week after on square town which the letter advised I had until the 15th of December to resolve, instead my access was cut off from square town a week after 11/20 ensuring that I am unable to use the application for payment. This is extremely predatory and I am distressed living in a community that would prey on members and try to put a lien on a home even after paying the balance down after initial notice. This is A Gordon in Wilton’s corner and still cannot make a payment to clear my balance due to being forced off of square town. The by laws say an account over $500 in which I got my balance down into 300’s and with the additional $110 for a letter it is now $448.03 in which they continue to add late payments. I do feel this is discrimination as I contacted the management office and was unable to speak to anyone who could help As they said this is in a different status. They are trying to take a hardworking first generation American home even though I made an initial payment and blocked me from making a second. This is extremely predatory and discriminatory. I am a civil service employee who also recently had hardships which I disclosed but was happy to resolve swiftly to avoid any unnecessary litigation, only to be barred from square town for the sole purpose of charging me.

While this law office is situated outside of Japan, the experiences shared in online customer reviews offer critical insights that our local users should consider when evaluating legal services, both internationally and within Japan.
The available information for the Law Office of McInerney and Schmidt includes their contact phone numbers ((856) 722-5252 and +1 856-722-5252) and their physical address. However, the two customer reviews available online paint a concerning picture of their practices, particularly in the context of Homeowners Association (HOA) matters. It is important to present these reviews objectively to allow users to draw their own conclusions.
One reviewer, whose HOA uses the Law Office of McInerney and Schmidt, recounts a deeply negative experience. They allege difficulty in contacting the firm and describe a situation involving a relatively small outstanding bill that escalated due to additional fees and restricted payment access. The reviewer expresses feeling targeted and discriminated against, claiming that despite attempting to resolve the balance, they were blocked from making payments online, purportedly leading to further charges and the threat of a lien on their home. This individual describes the firm's actions as "extremely predatory and discriminatory," highlighting distress and a sense of being unfairly targeted despite demonstrating a willingness to pay.
The second review echoes similar sentiments of dissatisfaction and raises serious allegations. This reviewer, who dealt with the Law Office of McInerney and Schmidt regarding HOA litigation, claims to have paid significantly more in legal fees than the original unpaid HOA dues. They describe the firm as "criminal in nature" with "Poor Customer Service" and accuse them of being "blood suckers for money." The reviewer alleges that communication is primarily via email, with phone calls seemingly screened and directed to voicemail. Furthermore, they claim that requests for an itemized bill for legal fees were met with vague or no responses, suggesting a lack of transparency in billing practices. This reviewer also alleges that the office aims to inflate legal fees to pass the cost on to the defendant, describing their processes as "not honest" and expressing intent to publicly expose these concerns.
Given these two highly negative and detailed accounts, it is challenging to describe a positive environment, reliable services, or beneficial features of the Law Office of McInerney and Schmidt based solely on this publicly available feedback. The reviews raise significant concerns about the firm's professionalism, communication practices, billing transparency, and treatment of clients, particularly in the context of HOA-related legal matters.

Dec 31, 2024 · AOctober 2023…This Attorney’s Office is criminal in nature and has Poor Customer Service. They are blood suckers for money. Dealt with these people regarding a HOA litigation, and I ended up paying over $1600.00 in legal fees for unpaid HOA dues of $540.00. .. They only communicate with you via email, they don’t answer the phone (which they probably screen the calls, and send you to voicemail). Each time I email then I have asked them to provide me with an itemized bill for the Legal Fees , and they reply with a vague answer or no answer at all. ..They want to “run up an open tab” on there Clients , so they can intern pass the bill to the Defendant. This office and their process are not honest and I am considering publishing this complaint on Social Media (all Television News Outlets) to expose these criminals.
Oct 11, 2023 · Kim RoamKim, you are very very correct on this one. Be glad they only got 1600. That's a mere night out at the local pub for McInerney There are photos of McInerney all over the internet showing him as drunk as can be. His wife was proud to post pictures of her always inebriated husband who clearly had a hard time putting down the bottle He's a bigoted homophobic lying thief who was reprimanded and disciplined by the Supreme Court for egregious violations of an individual's Constitutional rights, even causing the loss of liberty to one person. He was sued other times for stealing, lying, fraud, and violations of Federal and state laws. He only escaped prosecution due to having some corrupt buddies in the courts. His partner, SS, was taken on for the obvious connotations. McInerney enjoys displaying veiled clues as to his true feelings of those who are not like him
