I have one phone interaction with Perry Craft. I was inquiring about a 504 violation with the local school. He was very dismissive. I am not sure why he even called me back when i put in a inquiry. His words "you can pay me to look up the law" which i get people cant work for free but a little care goes a long way in helping a parent understand the law. Tone and attitude go a long way. His stance was if you are senior its ok to violate apparently.

When searching for a lawyer through Lawyers Near Me, users often look for expertise in specific areas of law and a professional demeanor that instills confidence. The Law Office of Perry A. Craft, PLLC, with its Nashville address, serves the local community. The contrasting reviews suggest that the experience of potential clients may vary depending on the nature of their legal inquiry and the specific circumstances of their case.
One client described their phone interaction with Perry Craft as "very dismissive" when inquiring about a potential 504 violation with a local school. This individual expressed disappointment with the tone and attitude during the call, particularly feeling that a little more care in explaining the law would have been beneficial. The comment, "you can pay me to look up the law," while acknowledging that professionals cannot work for free, was perceived negatively in the context of an initial inquiry from a parent seeking to understand their child's rights. This review suggests that in some initial interactions, potential clients might find the approach less empathetic or informative than desired.
In contrast, another client had a significantly positive experience with Perry Craft, specifically in the context of navigating a "challenging graduate school hearing" for their child. This reviewer found Mr. Craft to be "instrumental" in helping their child through this process. This suggests that in certain specialized areas, particularly those involving academic or educational legal matters, Mr. Craft's expertise and approach may be highly valued and effective. The positive review highlights his "extensive experience," which allowed him to anticipate the board's questions, and his "insightful coaching," which helped their child present their case with confidence and poise. This indicates a depth of knowledge and a strategic approach in this specific legal arena.
The services offered by the Law Office of Perry A. Craft, PLLC, based on the available reviews, appear to include assistance with education law and navigating academic hearings. The negative review pertained to a 504 violation inquiry, which falls under the realm of educational rights for students with disabilities. The positive review specifically mentioned guidance through a graduate school hearing. These instances suggest a potential focus or expertise in education-related legal matters. However, the limited scope of the reviews does not provide a comprehensive overview of all areas of law the firm may handle. Local users with legal needs outside of education law would need to inquire directly about the firm's other areas of practice.
Several features can be inferred from the contrasting client experiences. One potential feature is a direct and perhaps transactional approach in initial inquiries, as suggested by the negative review. In contrast, in more involved cases, particularly within his area of expertise, Mr. Craft appears to offer extensive experience, strategic insight, and effective coaching. The positive review also highlights his ability to draw on personal life experience to connect with clients and his blend of realism and unwavering support, which helped manage expectations and calm nerves during a stressful situation. This suggests a personalized and empathetic approach when handling cases within his specialization.
The positive review serves as a strong piece of promotional information, emphasizing Mr. Craft's expertise, personal investment, and the exceeding of expectations in the outcome of a graduate school hearing. The client highly recommends Mr. Craft for his "expertise and genuine care for his clients" in the context of this specific type of legal challenge. This testimonial could be particularly compelling for local users facing similar academic legal hurdles. However, the negative review serves as a cautionary point regarding initial interactions and the perceived level of care in preliminary inquiries.
For local users in Nashville seeking legal assistance through Lawyers Near Me, the Law Office of Perry A. Craft, PLLC, located on Bna Drive, presents a complex picture based on the available feedback. While one initial interaction was perceived negatively, another client found Mr. Craft to be instrumental and highly effective in navigating a graduate school hearing. Contacting the firm directly at (615) 991-6086 to discuss their specific legal needs and the firm's approach may be a prudent step in making an informed decision.
In conclusion, the Law Office of Perry A. Craft, PLLC in Nashville, as reflected in the available reviews, demonstrates a potential specialization and effectiveness in handling education law matters, particularly academic hearings, where clients have praised Mr. Craft's expertise and personal investment. Dec 03, 2024 · LaurenPersonally no five-star reviews coming from me. From my personal experience I googled them on a Monday (10/28/24).I was scrolling through their website and there chat service had reached out to me with a few questions as I replied and gave a few details regarding my potential case.I was told that I will be contacted by someone within a few hours or 24 (think it was 24, regardless contact was in the works). As I was waiting patiently after the 3rd or 4th day I figured I'd try a different Law Firm due to that I felt this place was unreliable. Glad I took a screenshot of the Chat through their website. If I knew how to upload it on this review I would. Someone is more than welcome to reach out to me if you want the evidence. On the 4th day of not receiving a call back or any kind of follow up. I decided to call (11/1/24) a different law firm and they immediately contacted me the following business day (11/4/24) which was the next Monday (week later) after this whole thing of waiting for days. As I was eating dinner the that Monday 11/4/24 between 5:30-6:30pm phone was ringing and I noticed it said law office of Perry craft...pshh whatever! A WEEK LATER.Didn't even bother to pick up.
Nov 06, 2024 · marc colonExperienced , professional ,compassionate lawyer with great staff. Trust me when I say experienced. I know our outcome in dealing with our situation would have been quite different in a negative way, if we hadn’t connected with Mr Kraft’s office or someone that could match his experience.
