Jan 25, 2025 · YumaIf you have any Immigration issues, feel like your case isn't moving or going anywhere, or if you think it's too complicated, I highly recommend Atty Rosy Cho. I've acquired a service from a well-known Filipino Immigration Law Firm. I had great consultations with the Partner/Face/Front of the company, and my questions and queries were answered by what I wanted to hear. I decided to acquire their services. I paid the retention fee as agreed. Later found out that my case was assigned to an associate when I called for a follow-up question. I find that interesting since I paid a partner's retention fee. I shrugged it off since I was assured the partner is overseeing my case. That's not why I left their service. After a few months have passed since I acquired the services and filled up the forms, but I have not received any receipts or notifications from USCIS. I decided to pick up the phone request for an update. That's when the paralegal told me I was missing documents that's why it was not filed. That was the last straw. I went searching for another firm through Yelp/Google. That was when I saw Atty Cho's reviews. I was impressed I decided to contact her. Right off the bat, I connected with her and her paralegal. She reviewed my documents and situations and made me sign documents to withdraw my paperwork from the other firm. Not even months I started receiving notifications. Atty Cho works tirelessly and continues to follow up if any updates or my attention is needed. I've got the results I wanted not what I want to hear. Thank you, Atty Cho! I wish I can do more than just a review to show how much I appreciate what you have done for me and my family!
Feb 21, 2023 · Darius Noriega (Pinoy_Kayaker)I contacted Miss Cho to know if and how she could assist us with the filing of the petition and application for permanent residence for my same sex spouse. During our first meeting and consultation, Miss Cho explained and guided us through the different steps of the process and the probable timeline. She was very up-to-date with and informed about the recent developments on the subject of same sex marriage. After gathering from us all the necessary information and documentation and after examining them, she told us that she did not expect any particular problem in handling our petition and application. She was very detail oriented and experienced and we felt very comfortable with her, which mattered a lot to us. Another important reason why we decided to trust her with our case, is the good and positive energy that she transmits. As we were able to meet and communicate with her a few more times, she also revealed to be a very compassionate, honest and warm-hearted person; and she is very dedicated to her clients. Miss Cho met all our expectations and actually exceeded them. We couldn't ask for a better attorney and human being, and we were very fortunate to have had her representing us and to meet her. For those who are looking not only for an excellent immigration lawyer, but also for a special person, we sincerely recommend Miss Cho without reserve.
Nov 07, 2013 · Kevin MillerMy family and I have known Rosy for a year now, and all she does to help out her clients are over the top, above and beyond. We were first recommend here by a friend, and now we are the ones recommending Rose Cho to our friends as well. My husband is an American citizen, but his mother and myself were not. My beloved mother in law already got her green card within 6 months, I’m still in the process because my case is a bit more complicated. She adviced me to go through a process of spungment first in order to apply for my permanent residency, so I did. It can take quiet a while but will pay off at the end. She is loyal to its clients, friendly and extremely helpful in everything you might need. Don’t look no more, searching for an immigration lawyer contact Rose Cho today and it will be the best decision you ever made. Thanks me later.
Mar 27, 2019 · Marcelo BalladoRosy is the most professional and ethical immigration attorney I have worked with for the past 9 years (and I had experience with at least 5 of them). Our case was pending with USCIS for several years, and after that it was referred to Immigration Judge. My husband and I spent a lot of time, effort, and money to find a person whom we can trust. Unfortunately, one of the "attorneys" who we worked with in the past misrepresented some of the information on the application and this caused us a lot of trouble and stress. Another one promised she would fix those mistakes on the application, but again misled us and made even bigger mess out of my case. All these troubles made my case almost impossible to win and I started losing hope in immigration system until we got referred to Rosy Cho by another attorney. Rosy was not only able to sort through all the mess and misrepresentations in our case, but she always gave us truthful and honest opinion and advice on how to further handle the situation. Rosy is experienced, knowledgeable, respectable, and highly professional attorney, and she is a kind, empathetic, and honest person! Thank you Rosy for helping us to win the case!!!!
