If Angelica L. Farinacci is any indication as to how this business is run, i'd run too. Their are vastly more appropriate law firms to go to. Angelica Farinacci represents the money and what's most profitable to herself. My humble opinion, of course. She was hired to represent a birth mother. She told everyone to leave for the signing of the affidavit (Did not ask. She told.), and then made both parents sign with out reading; the birth mother was on heavy medications as well. That's documented and can be proven. She also never explained anything, the husband never even read the affidavit to begin with, and she picked the two most aggressive witnesses ever to be present. She works in association with an adoption agency called Calabrese Huf. They hired her to make their case strong, to intimidate and to say that the birth mother did have representation. The prospective parents of the adoption paid her to represent the birth mother. Conflict of interests?

It is important to address the review mentioning Angelica L. Farinacci, which presents a negative perspective on her conduct in an adoption case. This review specifically names Angelica L. Farinacci and suggests an association with an adoption agency called Calabrese Huf. It claims she acted in a manner that prioritized profit, made individuals sign documents without reading them (specifically a birth mother on heavy medication), and failed to explain details, raising concerns about a potential conflict of interest as she was allegedly paid by prospective adoptive parents to represent the birth mother.
Based on publicly available information, Angelica L. Farinacci is a lawyer practicing in Fort Worth, TX, with a focus on Estate Planning & Probate and Estate & Trust Litigation. She is affiliated with Underwood Law Firm, P.C. and was previously with Ford + Bergner LLP. Her profile indicates her expertise in estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters, and she is noted for her bilingual services in English and Spanish. She is recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
Calabrese Huf is likely a reference to Calabrese Budner, LLP, a Dallas-based family law firm specializing in adoption, divorce, and other family law matters. Carla M. Calabrese, a partner at Calabrese Budner, LLP, founded two adoption agencies, "A Cradle of Hope" and "Hope International Adoption and Humanitarian Agency." Calabrese Budner has extensive experience working with adoption agencies and emphasizes "Emotionally Intelligent Lawyering" in adoption cases. Their website mentions working with "A Cradle of Hope and Calabrese Huff, P.C." in a testimonial, which could be the connection the negative review refers to.
The provided information does not directly link Angelica L. Farinacci to the Law Office of Walter Wm. Hofheinz as an attorney of the firm or in an employment capacity. The negative review appears to be a comment about a separate attorney (Angelica L. Farinacci) and her alleged practices in an adoption case, potentially involving a related adoption agency, and not directly reflective of the general operations or services of the Law Office of Walter Wm. Hofheinz as an estate planning and probate firm. The positive reviews specifically pertain to Walter Wm. Hofheinz's expertise and the firm's services in estate planning and probate, areas where he is Board Certified and highly recommended.
Therefore, when considering the Law Office of Walter Wm. Hofheinz for legal services, it is important to focus on their core competencies in estate planning and probate, where Walter Wm. Hofheinz's extensive experience and positive client feedback are evident. The firm's commitment to providing clear, comprehensive, and compassionate legal support in these critical areas makes them a notable option within the "Lawyers Near Me" category in Dallas, TX.
