please regard this is my review/opinions only* I was referred by my sister to the law firm. She talked really highly about it and I thought that maybe reaching out to them, after a traumatic car accident with injuries would be a good idea. For one, Mr. Okusanya is quick to answer phone calls, patient, and expresses empathy. However, what I've noticed is that there is mal communication between secretary's and attorneys which made my experience more stressful than it should have. My boyfriend and I were in a car accident and we initially reached out and informed the secretary of our incident and injuries. All of the information will be forwarded to Mr. Okusanya. A week later he followed up and explained how he has "too many cases and to look for another attorney" in the meantime they review my case. A week went by, they followed up, and said "Yes" they will take on my case. Great! I was finally able to get the justice I deserved. We filled our consent forms and all, sent it to him, I kept updating their secretary about letters my insurance company were sending me, and following up with Mr. Okusanya. He clearly stated not to communicate with the insurance company and that he will handle the total loss claim. I admit, when Mr. Okusanya would call. I was usually unable to respond because I am at work Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm My phone is on silence. BUT I made sure to follow up and respond in a timely matter. Now, Mr. Okusanya reviewed my case and said he is forming a team to take it on. My boyfriend called again a week later to the office, and they said they're still reviewing the case and to send my lease agreement form. OK. I sent it. Followed up if they received it.. yes they did. Great. I'm waiting for the next step! Mr. Okusanya managed to speak to my insurance company and handle a few things, but NEVER followed up with me about the conversation. They finally assigned someone on the case named Charles James. Asked me to fill out a questionnaire and draw a picture of the incident. I did all that, but now he became aggressive during conversations. No empathy whatsoever and mentioned how I needed to update him every time the insurance reaches out to me and why it takes me so long to respond back. Well, as a client, im not allowed to speak to my insurance, YOU guys represent me. I communicated with their secretary regarding all the letters they sent me and the secretaries always said the information will be forwarded to the attorneys. I have communicated with them since a day after my accident. I do not understand how he can blame me for something like this when the office is incredibly unorganized and could have updated him. My boyfriend and I have done all we can to follow up weekly. ONE WEEK (thanksgiving week) I don't respond, Mr. Charles James has the audacity to say I am unresponsive? He did not know anything about my case and asked me if I lived in Orange County! Sir, I told the office many times I lived in Pomona. Anyways, the firm is unorganized, attorney James is not empathic to your case, will try to blame you for not knowing things. One good thing that came out of Mr. James is his advice that the case between two people involved in an accident will be separate. He then said "best of luck" and professionally said my case is not going to go well and will not continue with my case but is happy to provide advice. Okay. I understand. Maybe next time, the firm should try being more organized. This would have been avoided. I would say, don't waste your time here. There are so many good lawyers that are organized, empathetic, and will fight for YOU.

Their focus is on ensuring clients receive the justice they deserve after a traumatic incident.

  • Workers' Compensation: Assisting injured workers in obtaining benefits for their workplace injuries, including medical treatment and lost income. Mr. Okusanya has extensive experience in this field, having counseled and defended employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters, and handling all aspects of cases including trials and various conferences.

It is important to acknowledge, however, that one detailed customer review points to some challenges within the firm regarding internal communication and case management. This review describes instances of miscommunication between secretaries and attorneys, delays in filing paperwork, and inconsistencies in follow-up, which led to a stressful experience for the client. Specifically, the client noted that Mr. Okusanya initially expressed having "too many cases," followed by an acceptance of the case, and then a lack of consistent follow-up on insurance communications. The client also reported an aggressive demeanor from a case team member, Charles James, who allegedly blamed the client for unresponsiveness despite the client's efforts to communicate through the secretary. This feedback suggests that while Mr. Okusanya himself may exhibit empathy, the overall firm operations might benefit from more streamlined internal processes to ensure consistent client communication and efficient case handling across the team.

For promotional information, the Law Offices of Ademola M Okusanya likely emphasizes its extensive experience, Mr. Okusanya's empathetic approach, and the comprehensive legal services offered in personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment law. They would highlight their dedication to fighting for the justice their clients deserve. The firm's contact numbers, (909) 581-1881 and +1 909-581-1881, are the primary means for potential clients to reach out for assistance. While not explicitly stated, firms in this category often offer initial consultations to discuss cases, and given Mr. Okusanya's stated responsiveness to calls, this would be a key promotional point for immediate client engagement.
