The seller was a very difficult counter-party to work with and had many personnel changes throughout the process that led to miscommunications, long periods of silence, and sudden flurries of rude messages stating that we were the ones stalling the process. Thankfully we had Angelita and Stacey to fight for our interests and successfully bring things together and close on our beautiful new home! We cannot recommend them enough!
