My case was a complex one, but attorney Cho and his team worked so hard to ensure that my case got approved before the deadline. By mid-October, I received an approval notice thanks to all their efforts. I would not hesitate to file for an AOS again through his firm once my husband becomes a US citizen. The process does require doing a lot on your part and following instruction provided by Mr. Cho and his assistant. But as long you are educated enough, you should be fine following the instructions and looking over everything yourself as well.
