I had a consultation with Ms. Salami who was recommended by a good friend of mine. I had a tenant that stopped paying me rent and after listening to my situation she decided to take my case. She runs a very small office but has years & years of experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect since this was my first time dealing with a nonpaying tenant and an attorney that I didn’t know. Her prices were more than fair compared to other attorneys in the Queens area. We’ve all heard about the nightmare cases, lengthy court process and costs. So, I decided to be fully involved with my case. I attended all my court hearings and so did Ms. Salami. The paralegal, Emmanuel, was extremely helpful. He explained the process every step of the way and kept me informed. He submitted all the motions, provided all the information, and briefed Ms. Salami before the court appearances. He will be a great attorney one day. Ms. Salami and I saw the judge twice and she let my tenant, and her legal counsel know what time it was. Ms. Salami schooled the legal counsel and discredited my tenant, leaving one of the toughest judge to rule in our favor. In the end, Ms. Salami and Emmanel were the right chose! Thank you. Vic
